Mids' was created by players for players.
Until a player creates an app like Mids' for phones there won't be one.

There's a web-based builder, but it hasn't been updated in 4 issues and it's a little fiddly to use on a touch-screen (just checked on my Android).
A mobile friendly web builder would be my personal preference over an iPhone / Android app as it'd also be compatible on other OS's and devices.
I would love it if the Mids people were to make a builder for non-Windows/Mac OSes, or, heck, if Paragon were to make one. Ideally, it'd be free, though I would probably be willing to pay a buck for it on Android (I'm planning on picking up a EEE Pad Transformer to bring to classes, rather than lugging my angular brick of a gaming laptop).
For best coverage, it'd want to cover Blackberry, iOS, Android (2 and 3), and Windows Mobile, since I believe those are the only 4 smart phone OSes left (is PalmOS still around?).

That alone should give the app the ability to cover all of those platforms with one code base. Well, except for Blackberry. That would probably require using QT Jambi to work under the Java limitations.
Free would be great but I would not mind coming off a dollar for it at all.
It's hard enough to use Mids on a netbook, I can't imagine the eye strain that'd result from squinting at a CoX character build maker on my phone.
I'd pay a least $10 USD for a mids like program on my Ipod that I could use offline, and was updated each issue.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Well I am not sure this is the right place for this but... as I was talking my cousin into coming back to CoX he wanted to start exploring different builds he could roll when he re-subscribed so he did exactly what I did when I was looking at coming back and that was to go to the app store on our phones to see if there was a character builder (like mids) application, much to our disbelief there was none to be found. Is this right is there really no CoX AT builder app? ...and if so why not, surely we are not the only ones who would have liked to have this on our phones. This cannot stand it simply cannot be allowed there must be a builder app!
