    The numbers were examples obvioulsy the devs would adjust numbers as they see fit. And how would people farm it when TFs have diminshing rewards?

    And how does the losing side getting 5 merits put in on par with other TFs excatly?
  3. The same reason blue side doesn't get pets in their epics? IDK but I would sure love a pet on some of my scrappers or blasters or tankers.
  4. ugg these things annoy me to no end too. I am not color blind and my vision is 20/20 and I usually have to go threw 10 of these things just to find one I can make out correctly.
  5. People don't play games for vet rewards, well at least not sane people. This wouldn't make any new people play longer only their like of the game can do that.

    I17 or shortly there after not GR or shortly thereafter. But it doesn't really matter what they said because I think you are all right. This aint getting fixed till GR and probably still not till i19.

    I just hope this doesn't becoming a running joke like pvp, base raiding and the cathedral of pain and nothing is ever actually done cause it got nerfed into crap or possibly taken offline completely.
  7. Would I think would be great would to add an extra temp power(the recovery serum) to the lvl 5-9 bank mish. Keep it on the 10 minute cool down but it give a time limit like the jetpack instead of a set number of uses.

    Either way I find teaming to solve most end woes at earlier levels.

    Other primaries : +32% while BU is up, a third of the time.

    Yes, that's looking at specific numbers in a vacuum, but if KO blow dealing more than twice as much damage as other typical scrapper T9s or Footstomp dealing more than twice as much damage (considering the radius), and for both powers also offering superior mitigation than the scrapper counterpart, strikes you as "in line with other scrapper primaries" then by the same token, FF or emp defender damage is "in line with scrapper primaries".

    SS is already quite good (I would argue too good) on brutes, and this is an AT with lower damage buff mods that also get proportionally less from damage buffs as their base damage is balanced around Fury giving them a much higher average damage % than other ATs.

    Sure, people will point out Rage has a crash, that the rest of the set isn't stellar (although it isn't anywhere near as bad as people want to make you believe) and so on. Me, I'll stick with the same conclusion in any SS scrapper discussion : port the set with the same values, even with no crits, and I'll instantly roll a SS/SD scrapper and, while obliterating everything standing in my way, proceed to laugh at everyone who thought it was balanced. My most played character right now is a FM/SD, I certainly don't mind being overpowered and I certainly wouldn't mind the upgrade SS/SD would be.
    That is one hellava vaccum right there. Why with SS are you using double stacked rage for everything? You know the end crash would kill most people if they tried to keep that up and it takes a large recharge bonus to even make it double stacked.

    Then you for some reason only add Build up to fire melee but skipped Firery embrace, why? Seems like your making SS look ALOT better then it is.

    Sorry but when someone looks at numbers like you have and skips so many important other factors they really hold no merit at all.

    1) Primetime seems to start some time after 7PM EST and extend past midnight. I'm not sure how late it extends because I'm not on that late on weeknights.

    2) My experience is that I never have trouble finding a team, but my situation is not typical.
    - I run a top 40 SG (and associated alt SGs).
    - We're in coalition with (and I have toons in) an SG that has scheduled events 4 nights per week.
    - I'm on 3 of the biggest global channels and am an operator on one of them.

    Just meant prime time for the server busy hours. After 7pm cool.

  10. The short they had to put in a stopgap fix to stop as major exploit. NO one is happy about the fix not Dr. Aeon, phosyb, Television ,War Witch or anyone else involved.

    They said a fix was supposed to be live by i17 or shortly after. I guess we'll see what shortly really means./

  13. OK a few cheap tips not sure how much influence you have to spend so. Get the health accolades more health means its harder to take you down and the accolades are free so everyone can get them just with a little time.

    Get phase, now you don't need phase from the power pool you can buy a temp power and craft it or go to warburg and run the patrol mish that takes 3 minutes max and last for 30 minutes that's 60 charges minnimum.

    That should help some with out actually seeing a build can't really say to much more.

    Make some new friends then? Teach some of these new guys that come along for the ride the ropes maybe?

    Expecting to get a MO badge with pug members on the team is laughable at best and a bad joke at worst.

    If your gonna change SC like it obviously sounds like you are why not go the whole mile and not anything less let me explain.

    Make it follow AT rules, let the scrapper one crit, give the brute one the 800% damage cap that brutes have, and I'm not a fan of tankers so I have no idea if their SC envokes gauntlet or not but if it doesn't make it so.

    Your definition of heal doesnt correspond with the real definition of the word.

    Heal: To restore soundness or health

    Forcefields stop incoming damage from ever making contact they don't heal it.

    So I put an item on the market before it would tell me if any people are bidding or selling so I know if it's worth to put up or vendor.

    But now I have to search for every item cause the window at the bottom where you stick the item just says 0 selling, 0 buying.

    I really hope I'm missing something obvious and if I am someone please fill me in.
