If you look at the Going Rogue site, you'll see that the release has been changed to Summer 2010. Summer doesn't end until somewhere around September 21 or 22.
As for what you would like to know, well, the answers haven't changed in 6 years. They send invites to Betas on their timetable, not ours, and they usually don't announce their plans for them.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

If your CB you really shouldn't reveal that type of stuff and if you not in CB well then it's just speculation on your part which no one should actually take serious.
Well considering current situtation and the release of the booster up comming, I'd say it isn't July; But hey I'm still expecting it when they stated and really looking forward to it. As far as the CB is going I'd say if they haven't done another wave, but then again there really isn't any way to tell
