Not bugged. Deliberate. You get +5% enhancement per booster, max of +25%. -
That's while exemplared, not with XP off. There's an option to get double inf while exemplared instead of getting XP/inf split.
Turning XP off just means it skips the XP grant part of the drop table.
In any case, my lv25 WS gets 73 inf from even level Tsoo, which is within reasonable range of your 61. I can't find an appropriate level WarCarnie in First Ward to see if they simply give lower inf rewards, so I went and grabbed a radio mission. -
That sounds about right. Inf from defeats doesn't start to really ramp up until about 35ish, then it bumps to ridiculous levels by about 47-48.
For instance, while in SG mode, my level 50 scrapper fighting level 50 Circle of Thorns gets 2362 for a minion and 6114 for a lieutenant.
I'm logging in my lv25 warshade now to see if my numbers match yours. -
It was, indeed, 30 days split between the two accounts. I misread the post before or I would have pointed this out earlier.

What level are you? What level and enemy type were you fighting?

There are a ton of oddities/bugs right now with billing, character slots, reward tokens, bonus pp, and subscription. You can't reliably judge based off of what it says right now; you have to judge based off of what we've been told.
Regarding the bugs, this isn't secondhand hearsay. I personally have two secondary accounts that have been migrated to active status:
1. a trial account upgraded with a $1.99 deal is properly Premium, has the appropriate 2 character slot tokens and 2 reward tokens, but has 1200 pp when it should have 800pp maximum (*should* have only 400 based on the "400pp/mo prior to I21 launch" but it seems we were given July's pp twice),
2. a trial account which has never been subbed or upgraded, ever, has 4 character slot tokens, even though it is a Free account.
My third secondary account isn't migrated yet, so I can't reference its data points. -
"Solved" doesn't tell other people who may have had your issue how you solved it. Care to elaborate?

I do like the gold for Zombie Skin, nearly matches the default link color. Apprehensive about what colors Freemies and Preemies are going to be and if they will have a unique class to change them if they are terrible (I think I saw pink mentioned somewhere for freemies? ugh!?!? seriously?!?! -- please take with a grain of salt because I don't remember WHERE I saw it and WHO I read it from, and now cannot find)
-
Please note that there are a LOT of oddities/bugs currently in the system regarding bonus pp, slot tokens, reward tokens, and subscription status.
For instance, a trial account I have was migrated to active status and has 4 character tokens even though it should only have 2; another example, an account I upgraded has 1200pp when it should have 800. -
Quote:I know you're trying to make it simple, but it's a lot less confusing to just say:Did you make any Paragon Points purchases on that account? If not, you get +1 token for buying 400 points. You'll get the next token 800 bought points later and after that for every 1,200 points.
You get a token for the first time purchasing points, even if it's only 400pp. You also get a token every time you buy 1200pp, cumulatively, including bonus pp for buying large chunks. -
There are a lot of oddities with accounts right now, regarding the bonus pp, reward tokens, and subscriptions. It looks like they jinxed the new system when they said the billing/subscription oddities of the old system wouldn't continue.

Quote:You used to be able to do that on the old refer-a-friend. In fact, my second account was started with refer-a-friend, and one time I used "invite-a-friend-back" to renew it for a short time.My biggest question is whether you can refer an inactive account on the same master account.
Don't see why they'd change that. -
/bind KEY "+$$powexectoggleon sprint$$powexectoggleon ninja run"
+$$ means that "powexectoggleon sprint" will activate with keypress, and "powexectoggleon ninja run" will activate with keyrelease.
There is no way to do the above with a macro. -
Account. You never have to do the cape/aura missions ever again.
You *can* do them, if you like them. You don't *have to* do them. -
Interesting. I have four accounts accessible:
1: @Aggelakis, my main account, whose tokens are all properly in order.
2: @kellzilla, my second account, a previously subbed account with at least two box codes applied, Premium account; cannot log in yet.
3: @Spamula, my third account, a prestige-padding trial account upgraded with the $1.99 deal, Premium account; 1200 paragon points, 2 global character slot tokens, 2 reward tokens.
4: @kelciann, a trial account from my attempted dual boxing days, Free account; 0 pp, 4 slot tokens, and 1 reward token.
Regarding oddities:
1: No oddities that I can find.
2: I don't understand why some trial accounts are getting migrated before some previous subscribers, you'd think they'd do all previous subbers first and THEN previous trials.
3: I have no idea why Spamula has 1200 pp. She should have 800 pp at most.
4: I have no idea why kelciann has 4 slot tokens. She should have 2 slot tokens at most. -

Incredibly, highly doubtful. They are only granted from purchasing points. Freebie points aren't purchased, and thus do not count. Otherwise we'd be making a case for the 400/mo points for subbing to count, and that's definitely not going to happen.

Quote:You only get 2 global character slot tokens if you applied GR Complete BEFORE I21/Freedom launched Sept 13. Additionally, you get 2 slot tokens if you were subscribed for the launch if Issue 12.
Q: How many characters will I be able to play?
A: The formula is: two plus two if you own Going Rogue: Complete plus one per year of previous subscription, plus any character slots you bought. Slots are purchasable on the Paragon Market.

You can buy the Vanguard pieces because doing so in the PMarket unlocks them for all characters across your account, like the Vanguard Loyalty Pack did a few months ago, regardless of whether or not one or more of your characters has already unlocked it via Vanguard Merits.

Quote:What is your billing date? That is your new badge-reward date.Is there anything describing a change, or does anyone know of a problem with the anniversary badges? My 6 year was Sept. 16, and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted support and they are researching it, but is this a known issue? Admittedly my searching of the forums was minimal . . .

Quote:Even if you were only at 45%, you'll be typically over the Incarnate soft cap with buffs more often than not.Alright, thanks for clearing that up.
I can get my scrapper to around 56-57% reliably on her own, but I suppose I'll typically be over the softcap with buffs at that point.
I updated the wiki page to reflect the Incarnate soft cap.

Total paid time listed in accounts unfortunately doesn't mean anything. I have 63+ months (5 years, 3 months, plus some) in City and my total paid time listed in my account is 4 years, 8 months.
Do you remember what badge number you were at? One or two badges?
edit: arghhhhh, this was supposed to be an edit into a multi-quote with the above post, not a double-post. -
Quote:They only mention "next week", GG is using an educated guess based on past precedence.I've looked around and can't find an announcement for this - I can see that they're doing a publish on Tuesday, did they announce Free access as well?

Quote:That's a hamster. Note the little nubby tail.I found this insider photo of the new server farm:
Thats right! They've upgraded to gerbils!
This is a gerbil:
Note the long hairy-rat tail.
What does this mean? Well, that they were sold bunk products! They paid for gerbils and just got more hamsters!
Yes, I know, you can find the image I quoted under "gerbil on wheel", but only because the image shows up in an article that says "gerbil" repeatedly.
