They haven't reactivated all the old accounts yet. When they allow free accounts to log in will be the end of the headstart.
I would have thought that using the term "headstart" at the beginning of what we got 10 days ago should have been enough "prior warning" that something like an official launch of CoH:Freedom was going to happen fairly soon now. YMMV of course but it's not like headstarts are designed to last forever.

It's still head-start-ish. They're not allowing new free accounts, just reactivating old ones. Presumably, they'll make sure that the new server setups can handle the load (assuming some numbers of expired folks come back) before deciding to push the button on the floodgates.
They're rolling out the premium access first, with the freebies getting access on Tuesday.

My Preem account got activated today. I wish Preems could choose were their tokens get placed instead of the game deciding were they should be placed based on the old vet rewards table.
This account has 3 tokens. 1 token goes into Tier 1, 1 token fgoes into Tier2, that leaves 1 token left over and Tier 3 has 3 reward slots. If I was allowed to slot that token where I want I'd have Sands of Mu. Since the game decided where that token goes I ended up with Greek Symbols.
What vet badge was your premium account at before Freedom? If it was at 6mo, then that is why Greek Symbols are preselected: it had them before Freedom. If it was at less than 6mo, then I have no idea why Greek Symbols were preselected and you should file a petition or PM Zwilly to get an answer.

I've been wondering about the rollout. One thing I find odd is either I have been looking in all the wrong places or CoH isn't doing all that much advertising

I do believe this account was made after the billing system was changed and so me of us got extra vetern badges.
