Issue 16 made me feel like this.

The only way to make it immune to it's own recharge would for it to ignore all external recharge buffs.

Nope not changed.
Someone was reporting in game that hasten was recently changed. It no longer effects its own recharge.
If this is true, when was this change made? So is perma-hasten no longer possible solo?
