Anniversary Badge

Is there anything describing a change, or does anyone know of a problem with the anniversary badges? My 6 year was Sept. 16, and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted support and they are researching it, but is this a known issue? Admittedly my searching of the forums was minimal . . .

Is it possible you are referring to Veteran Badges?

Did you actually check to make sure you didn't receive it?
You absolutely can not depend on getting a badge 'alert' when you log in.

Yes. I have one through five year veteran, but not the 6 year. Started playing 2 weeks before my son was born so I am also sure that I've played since 2005.

Assuming this isn't just a bug that cropped up because of all the stuff being added with I21's release, any account inactivity could delay a vet badge from being awarded.

Do you recall if the account was inactive at any time within the past year? If so you'll have to wait a little longer to get the badge. If not, CS will have to look into it.

It has never been idle. It is paid off a card. Last billing was in August and I'm on the 6 month plan so covered until February 16.

My 7 year anniversary was yesterday. No badge. Though the Vet information that did keep track of your subscription has been removed from the account summary page (due to the replacement with Rewards)

I was waiting for Monday before doing anything as I'm not entirely sure at what time it gets awarded (US time being different to GMT where I am).

Will be interesting to see if others have this issue.

My vet badges have always been awarded at the time I originally stared my account. So I didn't get them until the evening of my renewal date. In my case the 9th of each month.

It appears my account was renewed 2 days ago (monthly plan, atm), and I didn't get any Paragon Points (none since the headstart started). No Reward Tokens either.

We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

It looks like there are a ton of people having issues getting their monthly/yearly stuff under the new system. Pretty much everyone I've seen mention having a renewal since launch hasn't gotten their "stuff" (bonus pp, reward token, badge, whatever).

Oddities also abound for returning players/accounts, with having too much or too little of the various details (character slots, bonus pp, reward tokens, etc).

So it's one of the bugs associated with the release of I21. All that can be done is notify CS and wait for the bugs to be straightened out.

At least I know it is not just me and it will be addressed.
