That would be, in this particular Oceania timezone, 8pm on a Friday night through to 4am.
Couldn't really have timed it better, in fact!

As per this announcement:
Where they state that tomorrow's downtime will begin at 3:30 AM PST (5:30AM at the location of the servers, I think)...
And some of the previous planned maintenance downtimes had been shifted earlier than usual as well...
I thought that the team over there deserved some credit and kudos for adjusting the hours so much - obviously to do their best to avoid negatively impacting certain time-zones' prime time hours as much as possible, as they continue to upgrade the new hardware.
No one likes the down time (except for those lazy hamsters) - Not the players and not the developers, staff, nor the company as a whole.
Hopefully, the new hardware is going to make all of our game experiences better, in the long run.
Regardless, I think it is great that they've been moving the schedule around to make things better than otherwise.
So, hats, helmets, scalps, skulls (and whatever equivalent attributed to your species' culture) off to the team for adjusting their schedules as they work to make the magic happen that allows us to play this game.
