I'm the same on an alt account too - combined edition, going rogue and 3months sub, same rewards as you

I'm the same on my main account. It auto-renewed itself 3 days ago but no paragon reward and no 400 PP.
I am assuming they haven't really sorted all the details out yet and that it will catch up eventually.

Yes, you should have got at least 2 tokens: 1 freebie, 1 for the retail code.
Also how many Paragon Points (not Reward Tokens) do you have on that account?

Please note that there are a LOT of oddities/bugs currently in the system regarding bonus pp, slot tokens, reward tokens, and subscription status.
For instance, a trial account I have was migrated to active status and has 4 character tokens even though it should only have 2; another example, an account I upgraded has 1200pp when it should have 800.

I bought GR, applied the code, and paid for a 3 month subscription on November 18th, 2010.
It seems that between my original post and now, my tokens have shown up on my Paragon Rewards Shrubbery.

Added to knowledge base: it may take 24 hours or so for your rewards to show up.
