1. It's comforting that "weiner lol" isn't one of the most searched for tags...
2. There's also a possibility that no one has the name, but it's on the forbidden names list. What was the name?
3. You are correct - it used to be that only the warwolves counted. Fortunately now they all do.
4. All. Started on Champion, and when that started to fill up, Infinity, Victory, Virtue, Pinnacle, etc. In the early days I went to the server where the name I wanted was available. Fortunately I can buy slots now...
5. More comprehensive LFT tools would be welcome, but would need to be accompanied by an education initiative to train/encourage new players in their use. I'd be fascinated to know what percentage of the player base uses the flags we have now; I'm guessing it's pretty small.

Always, and continuously. Everything in the game pulls on everything else, and the dev team is in charge of keeping all the plates spinning and all the balls in the air.

I'm pretty sure badges aren't what they're after. On the other hand, some of them may not even know there ARE badges...
8. The AE mission interface now tags invalid arcs, so you can tell at a glance that something's wrong. A lot better than having to try to run your missions every few days to make sure they're up.
9. Still worth it? Absolutely. Another way to get around quickly. And almost all of my characters are after different day job perks; I think I only have one or two that have even earned the base teleporter perk.

Clever! Time-consuming, but clever. Personally I'd like to see the level I took a power listed alongside the level it becomes available in the info screens. QoL, sure, but necessary for getting reaaaly tweaky over slotting.

For a story-based arc, there is never a good reason for a kill-all.

I disagree.

"Help us, Heroic Guy! A bus full of homicidal lunatics just crashed into the side of the orphanage! They're in there right now, doing who knows what! Could you...oh, I don't know, maybe go arrest the last room full?"

Some situations suggest a Defeat All; in fact, under certain circumstances an author would have to do some heavy lampshading to avoid one (see above). As long as Defeat Alls are used judiciously, I don't think that's a problem.

Maybe the devs could create a badge series based on how much spam you've received.
14. As I see it, there are two reasons for choosing the Axe over Sands: <ul type="square">[*]Concept[*]For killing ghosts if the rest of your damage is solely or mostly Negative
And at 54 months, you can have the best of both worlds if you so desire.
15. Forget about herfing, hook me up with some Diving Avalanche!
16. Essentially, you're still talking about a melee attack that does smashing damage, so the difference is primarily in the animations. Another approach would be to make functionally identical versions of each power (balanced for animation times, damage, and recharge), one for punching and one for kicking. Martial Arts stays Martial Arts, but now each martial artist can mix and match punches and kicks to their liking.
17. Call it the Anthropomorphic Pack, or the Creature Pack.
18. There's a lot here, so I won't try to address it all, but here are a few points:
<ul type="square">[*]At present AR blasters have 15 different options for the Assault Rifle; more are always welcome, of course.[*]Some people don't take taser; some do. Since your discussion seems to center around AR/Devices blasters, I'll point out that Beanbag + Taser = stunned boss, which is a popular notion for some folks.[*]I like and use Time Bomb. It's a second nuke. Not for use on most teams, but adds to my survivability solo, and does very respectable damage if you slot it.[*]If you traded the gun drone for a shield drone, wouldn't you have to resummon that, too? Or are you suggesting a defense toggle power?[*]What would you give up to combine Aim and Buildup into a single power? A much smaller buff? A much longer recharge? Your entire end bar?[*]Some blasters do use the level 1 immobilize, all the way to 50. In conjunction with Ignite or Burn or a Rain, for instance, or keeping a melee mob back while you take them down, or pinning a troublesome mob. Very helpful solo.[*]Aid Other is a gateway power for Aid Self, just as there are gateways for travel powers, and is part of the cost of getting Aid Self. Again, what would you give up?[*]Your complaints about low-level accuracy are inaccurate (!) since the advent of Beginner's Luck in Issue 12. You can get by just fine with nothing slotted, and as the benefits start to taper off, you have enough slots (and higher-level enhancements) to cover the difference.
If some powers don't suit your playstyle, don't use them. Personally, I'm in favor of the more-choices-is-better model, so if you'd framed this discussion as a "what if we could choose between A and B" instead of "I don't like A, therefore throw it away and replace it with B" I could have gotten on board with more of your suggestions. As is, it seems like you're asking other players to drop successful strategies or even much-loved powers to accommodate your personal preferences.
19. Yes. Some want it ("they have it in that other game"), some don't. Unlikely to happen.
20. Nice idea. Masterminds would start carrying a can of WD-40, but as you say, used sparingly it would be kind of cool. I'd like to see the live security cameras in some maps used similarly.

22. Given that outer space is only 100 km away, there are parts of Connecticut and Massachusetts that are farther from Rhode Island than outer space...but word of the name thing usually spreads to these remote locations.

Macro questions

Try these to start. And tread lightly when using the macro...it might be fun and/or informative if used sparingly; overuse it, and it may become irritating spam that drives your teammates insane.
