I'm definately nowhere near the damage cap so I will be going for musculature now for my solo build.

I'm in australia. Same deal I generally go look at something else offsite for a bit and come back to it. Sometimes going back to the forum home page helps but not always. It could be people working behind the scenes.

It depends on when you are slotting fitness. Do you mean the exact same number of slots in the powers or do you mean the exact same order of slotting? If you are putting the exact same number of slots in fitness but earlier you will run out of slots for your other powers until the 20s.

You don't need the unteamed characters because teams can bomb multiple times. 24=3*8 so it is probably designed for 3 teams bombing 8 times. I was on a raid where we spawned the GM twice but I think it was organised by a small group on vent and the rest of us didn't know what was going on.

I've made my thug/dark incarnate so I'll take him and only use my lt's on her.

All the primary sets give 3 attacks but you will never use more than 2. I only ever get 1 and use my vet attacks (or secondary set powers) if required.

I'm happy with it. I went from fluffy having an 11 second down time and recharge at 99.1% to him being perma (without hasten) and recharge of 107%

I went with spiritual on my thugs/dark to perma my fluffy. It was great to have gw and debuffs up a lot more too. I joined a successful lrsf and had a lot of fun I died a few times but only because I was drunk with power and charged into situations I shouldn't have.

A failure of "red side economy" would be a large indicator that something was wrong with villians. A continual movement to blue side would make villain only content more difficult to play. The sides must be relatively stabilized or the game must be fully opened.

I did it today easy on a thug/dark. When I pulled the 1st eb round the corner no rikti followed however he is a pain to hold and I had a bit of luck when he stopped and turned around before running back. When I pulled the honoree only a few rikti followed and he was pretty easy to take down.
I should mention that I had it set on -1/1

IMO skip provoke and keep hasten and fighting pool. With your debuffs and holds you don't really need to rely on bg mode anyway.

End reducers do work for the pet, with the caveat that they only work for the type of power that matches the set, and non-attack powers do not match up with pet damage sets. For this reason some put a generic end reducer in demons, which I've been strongly considering as my ember demon chews through his blue bar rather quickly. Oddly enough, so does the cold demonling, anybody know why he uses so much more than the other demonlings?

I find that bots attack rate is very slow though so if you want excitement try thugs or demons and dark or pain. -
How bout that new show that was screened recently. Wasn't the lead actor great.
