Play Pretorian from 1-20 then you can choose blue side when you get to 20. I liked thugs/dark best for MMs. Demons was fun too. -

Well, you've got two Mace Beam, Poisonous Ray. That should be good enough ST attack chain (since they all take 2s to activate).
Your dps will be low and you have some knockbacks.

I'd say it was a mixture of 1 and 3. You can't do more aggro with damage but you can increase the length of time that you have aggro, and attacks, holds, gauntlet etc from other players reduce this time. -

Also, a helicopter, even a small one, can autorotate when the engine fails. Riding on a column of thrust, you're sort of toast when the engine goes (reason for the chute). -

No, the servers have just been merged so you can play on them as normal and still keep vets and globals etc.

I did it for lulz but at early levels the stacked slows make this build rock. Has anyone played it to 50.

It has happened to me a couple of times it is not the whole map just your account, if you try to take another toon there it won't work either. It should resolve itself after some time (I left it for half a day and it was fixed) or you may need to wait for a gm to move it somewhere safe.

They do seem to have removed the character copy tool link from a few locations they had it before. I found it on the test server thread:

After the client installs, you will need to copy a character over to the test server. To do this, go to this URL:

Use your City of Heroes login name and password to login.
After you login, you will be able to select the server and character you wish to copy to the test server. It will take several moments, but the character will copy. At this point you will be able to play the test server.
NOTE - Those who have just restarted their accounts may experience a delay or wait of 24-48 hours to be able to copy a character to the test server.
After you copy your character to the test server, you should be able to play the test client. Before you can play however, you will have to run the new shortcut you created to the cohupdater (for PC) or Mac CoH Test client.
On a PC computer, you can copy the shortcut you created to the desktop by dragging and dropping it from the "City of Heroes" folder to the desktop.
On a Mac computer, you can create an alias to the "City of Heroes" application within the Applications Folder and copy it to your Desktop.
You will have to run this shortcut each time you wish to use the test server. Enjoy playing!
There are 2 locations to copy to: Test and Going Rogue Test Server. I think I had to copy my toon to GR to get on the beta server but do both just to be sure. -
I rerolled from regen to will and I would say that regen is more survivable but I prefer will because it's less clickey.
