Just tested and brought someone into Talos. Seems to be fine.
It has happened to me a couple of times it is not the whole map just your account, if you try to take another toon there it won't work either. It should resolve itself after some time (I left it for half a day and it was fixed) or you may need to wait for a gm to move it somewhere safe.

Can anyone log into it? I was zoning between PI and Talos and the application died.
Any further attempts to log in that character shows the same error: "Character Melcor is still logging out. Please wait a second, then try again."
Logged in my main, opened a stuck petition, ran a lambda, got no response, tried logging in Melcor again, same issue.
