What's worse is this user has been on a scam run for a good month now doing this same thing to many users. The fact it's not a bannable offense to SCAM other users out of their goods ingame is bull.

I've seen other people following this user on these actions recently aswell. So, by support saying they won't get involved they're actually encouraging users to do so by making it clear there will be no consequence.

These users aren't claiming they have an item another is looking for, making a deal then backing out: They're ADVERTISING these items on a <bleeping> hourly basis over channels such as help with clear intentions to scam users and doing so. I've seen this happen in front of me countless times now. Not always can there be a user to warn others and most are unsuspecting- this game is bound around the trust and friendships built in my opinion. If it weren't for the good people I've met in this game, I would not be playing to this day.

Time to get off your butts and make an addition to them terms and agreements, Paragon Studios/NCsoft- for the good of your users and customers.

Other (tohit, defense, resist)
25.5% "Full" IOs + 5x Boosters = 31.9%

Here's the basics. Overall, adding +5 boosters onto an IO will essentially turn it into a "purple" version of the same. I'll post some information on the exact numbers of boosted purples when I get a chance, but this should cover most folk's questions.

I am more looking for a price check on this item considering the big HO nerf coming up.

I recently submitted a report (today actually) on the PVP damage scale of Bitter Freeze Ray. I can see your complaints and I agree with them (this one power being specific) being a ice blast toon player since day one, but yes, as many said, this is not the place for this.

I agree no 2.5 activation time, 20 endurance cost power should deal 50 damage in PVP. There's a reason ALL powers are being treated for their damage via activation time and someone did drop the ball on this- but let's be serious.

This is sort of a goofy demand you've got, I wouldn't play any of these sets if the robotics in example (which are neither, male nor female) spawned Victorias. Throw a female ninja-skin into the Ninja set? Sure. But demanding that each Mastermind Set receive a female and crying the 'sexism card" is absolutely stupid.
