Because when you're almost finished with a collection, the last few pieces matter the most.
I have and nope wont sell.
I know it is only pretend in game money...but still..more money than sense.

Meh, was just curious. Given the base lolstorage, I can't really see the point in storing something merely for the imaginary collectibility, but to each their own. Hope you get it.

I'm looking to pick up more than one of these myself (I quest for salvage cap on all base/component salvage -- 20 or 99 for most). I'll pay 100M for whatever i need to my cap as it would be bad form to outbid OP.
Its something to do....thats why. I have hundreds of billions wtf else am I going to do with it since i don't want to RMT.
You know, I had no idea that base salvage would be valuable.
As a 7 year altoholic that doesn't delete...
I've got well over 30 someodd creations that haven't even been logged in since Issue 16. Perhaps I should do a check of my salvalge and see how much Base loot I still have. I know at least one guy has a ton of it, not sure about Fish Scales but, if I happen to have one I will simply give it to you. Just for clueing me in that they're worth something.
