WTB: L50 and up Membrane Exposures

Hmm, a guy with a Shield build link in his sig, rumors of Membranes not working in Active Defense, and yet he's looking to buy more at an undisclosed price. Does he know something?

I was wondering the same thing.
Simple, When Issue 22 is released, Enzymes will dramatically lose their importance and market value as they will no longer be buffing defense buffs. Enzymes were supposed to affect defense debuffs and endurance reduction, not defense buffs, defense debuffs, and endurance reduction. On top of that it is giving a schedule A value (the only defense related Hami that does that, the rest are schedule B percentages). What does this all mean? It means that players who wish to use defense buff Hamidon enhancements instead of IO's will likely use Membranes instead. In theory, membranes value may increase as a result of these changes and drive up their market price. A smart marketeer (the OP) would be wise to buy up membranes cheaply, sell off his Enzymes while they are still worth something, and make a nice fat profit.

I think Cyto's are already replacing enzymes in terms of price structure. They have spiked on the market to about 225 million/each. Of course they still wont give as much defense buff as the enzyme did, but they are still better than a dual IO.
Membranes i think are still kind of meh, they will work now at least which is good.
+5 (Def / End) IO = +31.9% / +33.1%
afraid a boosted split IO greatly overpowers even a level 52-53 cyto/membrane unfortunately.

Long story short, cyto's just freakin' RULE. They always have. ESPECIALLY in Invincibility.
I like Invuln toons, so I'm very glad I have a good stock of these bad boys socked away.
