I got the impression that the Mediport tech isn't used for the general population because "normal" people can't use or, possibly, survive the mediport process.

Also, I hate Malta.

Does this keep them from disappearing? I never knew this was possible.

My Grav/FF troller. Love the costumes, concept, background, but I'm primarily a soloer, so with so little damage it is very, very very slow going. I get more damage from the temp powers and that is frustrating.

I recently hooked up my pc to my lcd tv and am wondering if you all can suggest and good quality but not too expensive (i.e under $100 US) wireless keyboard and mouse (or trackball) combo that I can use to sit in my easy chair and still play the game.

I'd drop the Temporal but "Freem Overthurster" would be a hell of a name for a Blaster. LOL

I believe she also had a brief romance with Jarvis, the Avengers butler during Peter's recent stint with them just before or around Civil War.

The same thing happened to me, during a tip mission where I had to fight Ghost Widow. Just as she shows up, I hit Secondary Mutation for the buff and poof, rikti monkey. I had to run...er...hop away from her, hoping not to die. She followed me all over the map too.

Isn't the captioning system what happens now in some of the newer content, such as when you are fighting your double and are getting their communications?

There's other reasons to create a new character?

I'd like to add my 2 cents for alternate animations for sonic blast. While the animations are perfect for my namesake character, WolfSoul, it would be nice to see either a sonic gun for blasters or out of the hand blast.

I hide like Bill Z, because I prefer to solo (and avoid the morons.) I think the reason I don't enjoy teaming (more so than finding those few oh so special people) is that teams go so fast through everything. I like to take my time and immerse myself in the storylines and the ambience of the game. When I'm on a team all I see is the blinding lights of multiple powers going off and floors littered with bodies. What's the rush anyway?

Frist, I mostly play blasters. I have a couple of tanks, the highest level is at 11. So, I was running through King's Row towards the tram when I aggroed a Clockwork. No problem, it was gray and even though I knew there would be a couple more, I wasn't really concerned.

Well, the next thing I know I am surrounded by about 15 or so Clockwork. They just kept showing up. (I did not have any missions at the time.) They were all gray to me, so, naturally, I defeated them. But it left me dumbfounded as I have never experienced, for lack of a better term, ambush like that before.

My question (see I have one!), was that a bug or did it have to do with the taunt effect that goes with tank powers?

Ah, well, I was on my fire blaster, soloing, when I decided to try out a new Battle Cry. Little, did I know that the battle cry will appear in whatever channel is selected and not default to local.

I ended up spamming a global channel with "Die in a fire!"

I've been trying to set up a bind to have my character speak while using the Super Serum costume change emote.

This is what I've used: /bind numpad 1 local Time for a boost!$$cc_e 1 ccserum

Please tell me what I am doing wrong as it will not work. The costume change works but no speaking.

I suspect it will allow us to fight an evil version of our character. I got that from the announcement saying that Dark Mirror will match our character "blow for blow".

I have a Dark Melee/Energy Aura Stalker. I don't play him much.* However, do all dark powers have a fear component? I know there is a fear power in this set (He's not high enough to get it yet)

I ask because when I've used Smite, I have seen enemies "feared" with the skull face over them and they are shaking. I've even seen it fear a second enemy when I have used Smite on one next to him.

I went to the wiki and looked at the powerset but, aside from the power Touch of Fear, I do not see any reference to a fear component in the set itself.

*I don't play villains much. I tried again just last weekend and I ended up kidnapping innocent citizens and delivering them to the Vahzilok. I felt horrible. I guess I'm just not made to be a villain. I love this character though, so he's a prime candidite to "go rogue."
