You.... do realize that the point of changing unpopular powers is to make them popular. So the point of changing nukes would be to get people who don't currently take them TO TAKE THEM.

When is it a good idea to plan something that affects the customer base of any company where a single member of staff has to be awake at midnight to do something from home?

Not only does it mean that staff member has to get overtime or work for free, but it leaves a single point of failure and was 100% guaranteed to have to change at some point. A good decision is one that doesn't require reversing because of such a forseeable reason. And people that can't make good decision shouldn't be making decisions that directly affect customers no matter how insignificant that effect may be.

I accept this is a very insignificant thing, but I have never said otherwise (And again I don't care when this is done since I don't use the market, I just felt like making a point which people for some reason disagreed with). But you people sound like the sun shines out of the dev's collective holes and this wasn't a mistake but part of a genius masterplan. I have serious issues with people who don't think it is worth pointing out faults, because if nobody mentions a poor decision then the people making the decisions will never learn (And pointing out an insignificant but poor decision is much better than waiting until this person makes a large mess of something).
Except it was a matter of Ghost Falcon doing it one way, and Alpha Wolf doing it a different way. Are you seriously saying that when you go to a restaurant, things aren't a little different when Joe is the host vs. when Jane is the hostess? Seriously, different people do the same things differently. Ghost Falcon was up at midnight anyway, so he figured "hey, I'll do the Tuesday market updates from home", vs. Alpha Wolf (who may or may not be up at midnight for whatever reasons) who decided "I'll do it when I get to the office".

This requirement, which will have many blaster slotting for +tohit, taking multiple new powers just to use the new Snipes, seems more punitive in the end.

Stalkers - Here's a great new AS, enjoy!
Blasters -Here's a great new Snipe, except you'll have to get some +tohit to use it! Better respec into Leadership and buy a Kismet!
    a) Kismet won't work, it's +acc
    b) Because Blasters don't have Hidden status (or anything similar) to trigger it off of.
    c) The Stalker version loses damage when not in its original form. The new snipe is always going to be full power.
    d) Oddly enough, this is a bigger buff to /Dev than to other secondaries, and /Dev needed it more, anyway. So it kinda works out well.

Disadvantages: I'll lose my perfect stealth (with a stealth IO in Sprint), as well as a slot for LotG +7.5% recharge. Overall I'd rather lose Time-Bomb rather than CD, but I'll manage
From what I gather, the powers that become these +regen/+rec powers aren't getting their original functions removed. So CD will still provide stealth and +def, and be a place to put an LotG (and Karma -KB to boot).

That argument doesn't work when the game STARTS as a pay-to-play, though. If City had launched as an F2P Hybrid, you might have a point. But it was pay to play for 7 years and some months before adding the freemium options.

My character was an original loyalist who faction swapped over to resistance. I've tried both as a loyalist and as resistance and Marchand is oblivious to missions saying I should contact him.
This is going to sound weird, but are you using the select mission button before you try to call Provost Marchand?

Those are a clone of glue arrow from TA, so I'm not going to call them cheaty, because that implies it's cheaty in our hands, too.

So, idea. Keep all that - but add a delay between the death and the rez. After a Super Stunner is defeated, float a "SUPER STUNNER PREPARES TO REVIVE" warning text to give everyone involved a few seconds {three? Five?} to get clear of the corpse. It would reward situational awareness and quick thinking, and would still discourage "attack attack attack" approaches with the massive debuffs they do right now.
You're really complaining about the only thing that makes Freaks even REMOTELY a threat? And you're actually comparing the Super Stunners' self-rez to stacking veng, Rularuu eyeball 100% base to hit, and DE Quartzes (which give +100% to hit)?

Stunners are simple to deal with, and the recovery debuff is only going to actually hurt if you decide to take more than one out in quick succession. But you can avoid that with *gasp* situational awareness. Like you already do for god-moding Paragon Protectors (pop BU right when they're about to hit the godmode point), original-flavor Nightstar (back off when she drops near 25% if you need to avoid the nova), and the shadow cysts in the ITF.

Doubtful, since the rez is being done by a defeated entity. Which is why Dark Armor's rez is autohit, and why Rise of the Phoenix takes a split second to rez you then do the attack.

Ew, no. The "karate chop" is the worst possible attack because it strikes with the weakest side of your hand, where your pinky is. If there were to be a "chopping" attack, the only one it should be is a ridgehand, which is a strike with the base knuckle of your index finger, and unlike the "karate chop":
    a) hurts like heck through a rib pad.
and b) won't injure yourself using it.

Very much this. If we had TW or StJ when I made my SS tanker, wouldn't have gone with SS as it stands (at least not with DA).

Battleaxe, War Mace and Broadsword definitely could use visual makeovers and mechanics to make them more varied and interesting.
Visually, they'd probably be alternate animations. Which would be all I could ask for, as some of the old animations are still nice.

All the elemental "sword" attacks like in Fiery Melee and Ice Melee need options without the 'sword' animations/effects for both melee sets and the Blaster/Dom secondaries that have them.
I'm going to agree here AND add a vice versa to it. I'd love to have combustion with an animation where your fire sword blows into the AoE.

I would argue that ignoring BS's -def secondary is not exactly proper here. Besides just making everything easier to hit (really nice when you can use buildup to get the hits rolling), when you factor in IOs, every attack power in BS except Parry can get an Achille's Heel chance for -res slotted into it, you can throw out some really good debuffs with a sword.

That would make a good Smashing damage one (since Vorpal is apparently Lethal). Just need a Psychic and Toxic one to round out all the damage types.

Elemental Order, which is only available on random chance from the Hero and Villain Super Packs.

The values it shows are enhancement values, rather than buffs, so for some things that can't be enhanced for certain things (like end crashes on powers), there's no effect. So even with Cardiac, Hasten still takes 15 end when it goes away, Rage still takes 25, and blast crash-nukes still take it all.

The cap shown in the Combat Attributes is just the global cap, I assume, and doesn't limit other means of boosting damage (or other attributes).
No, it's the cap. Including enhancements, you can't boost damage more than +300% on M pets. That's where the 400% damage figure comes in, base damage isn't "0", it's 100%. You know, like how percentages work.
