This is driving me insane. What costume piece is this?

The jacket seen on the upper left character in this image. What is that? I've looked through jackets, robes, sleeveless jackets, trenchcoats, everywhere I can think of, and I cannot figure out what piece this is.

I can't tell if I've missed something somewhere or I'm just really dense. Thanks guys.

Elemental Order, which is only available on random chance from the Hero and Villain Super Packs.

Ahhhhh, this would explain why I couldn't find it in frantic store searches. Thanks guys, good to know I'm not crazy and it does in fact exist.

The fact that it exists doesn't negate the possibility that you might be crazy

Yup, it exists and yet...
*runs in circles making crazy noises*

Anyway, if you did want it the odds are you'd have the full set of Elemental Order costume pieces within a dozen packs or so. The costume pieces are very heavily weighted in the packs and the set really is quite nice.

All elemental order costume pieces in the super packs have a high chance of being granted. From player reports, you can expect to have the full set after maybe 15-20 super packs at most. Got my whole set in about 17.

To see which pieces you have unlocked for your account, click Collect on your navigation window, then click the dropdown and select Super Packs>Heroes and Villains. I didn't know about this until after I had all the pieces. It may or may not indicate which pieces you don't have yet.

EDIT: I just found out the female version of these boots looks way different, and not nearly as cool-looking. Oh, well.

I believe what that list indicates is what pieces you DO have.

It lists all of the pieces with a generic icon and says something similar to "you don't have the Elemental Order [x]."

It switches to a shiny Elemental Order icon and says something similar to "you have Elemental Order [x]" when you obtain that specific [x] item.

I ended up getting most of the set within about eight packs. Funnily enough, I got the robe with the last pack before my VIP-granted points ran out.

It's an expensive crappy way to get costume pieces if you ask me, unless you get extremely lucky, and worse if you're unlucky.

I don't like chance at all when I'm spending money.
In most of life, you can get anything for a finite price if you want and chance if you want to risk not getting it for a chance to pay less for it, but I can't think of any situation where you are forced into chance.

I would have very much preferred to just straight out buy the pieces. As it worked out, I got quite a few usable extras, but also quite a few things I didn't want, and will likely never use.

Going through the process, though, I can see their reasoning. I was prepared to keep dropping money until I got that damn robe.

While you don't always get exactly what you want, you do get stuff that, if bought separately in the Market, would cost a lot more than what you paid for the pack. Besides, Reward Merits is so weighted to come up so often that you're practically buying influence (provided you have the basic Invention and Auction House skills to convert Merits into high priced items).

As for the gambling issue: See the corpses of horses strewn behind you, pick up a stick, and go at it.

That's certainly a better system. That would explain why my list is full, then. I have all the pieces, I just didn't know it showed all the pieces, whether you have them or not. Well spotted.

I'm honestly not sure... I was so out-numbered!

Apparently so!!

As for the only current way to obtain the Elemental Order pieces... Yeah, I still don't like it.
I'm not interested in anything else offered in those packs and I'm not interested in paying that high of a price to get the costume set. So... I'm waiting for a possible alternative... Might happen one day.
