You used to be able to TP through the war wall and mess around in there.

There was at one point a planned TF for Faultline that would have taken place in the area that you are talking about. It was never put into the game and as far as I know there are no plans to do so.

Actually the question had been asked back when this change was put up on test on 2/16. This is the first red name confirmation of what most people assumed the patch note meant.

Betcha you're going to work extra hard now on Flashback and make it where we can go back and get the badge from the tutorial. My main was way out of Outbreak when badges were introduced so Isolator is one that I can never get unless you do this........please...........really......yes I am OCD......

They've always said that PvP will optional. Some CoV contacts (and maybe CoH contacts??) will send you to a PvP zone to talk to someone there (that is in the safe zone so you can't be attacked.) You can do PvE missions for these PvP zone contacts but you don't have to (kind of like having to go to the Hollows at lvl 5 but not having to run a mission there if you don't want to.) So you can go in, get out and not have to step foot in the zone again if you don't want to.

I think he meant "great" as in the amount of feedback as opposed to the "I5 is great!!" posts. Then again, he may think that all feedback on a topic is great (or wonderful) since it lets him know what the players that use the forums think, good or bad, about changes to the game.
