  1. Obliteration isn't good in Hot Feet, you want more endurance reduction. My hotfeet is 2 Acc/End/Dam and 4 damage procs. 42% acc, dam, and end. A full Fulcrum Shift gets you 250% damage and the cap is 300% so it's almost damage capped.

I need this on my Triform Warshade, named Natural Mystic

    Thanks!
  3. Check the Freedom board, there's a safeguard mission event happening tonight at 10pm est.
  4. Wow, this is awesome. Hopefully I'm not being too greedy.

    Here's my list:

    Villains:
By Faberge, SS/SD Brute: Needs Atlas Park, Kings Row, Talos Island

    Heroes:
Insolar, Fire/Kin controller: Has Founders, Kings Row; needs the rest

Natural Mystic, Warshade: Needs all of them

    I can offer:
    Safeguard: Brickstown, Skyway City
    Mayhem: Atlas Park, Skyway City
  5. By Faberge, SS/Shield Brute, signing up
  6. Never tried either, By Faberge, SS/Shield brute signing up
  7. I don't know what you're going for, it's hard to tell from that build. Defense? Recovery? PVP? (lots of expensive PVP IOs) You're all over the place.

Siphon Power's fine single slotted (you can drop it entirely if you take Ring of Fire)

Siphon Speed has 4 recharge, adding the 4th does almost nothing, maybe change 1 to accuracy

The miracle:+recovery should be moved to health, transfusion needs accuracy as well (5 touch of nictus is how I slot it)

I like 4 expedient reiniforcements in fire imps so they recharge faster if one of them dies

Speed Boost is fine with a single endmod unless you want more set bonuses

Chance for End in Transference is overkill, you can change to the cheaper Efficacy set

Range in Fulcrum Shift? You should be close enough that it hits you as well.
  8. Insolar, 50 fire/kin troller, signing up
  9. I learned 2 great things from that post Julius (not losing set bonuses if you lose the skill, Grant Cover's defense resist being buffable). Thanks!
  10. Hadn't realized that, thanks, good thing my current build isn't messed up because of that.
  11. I moved the steadfast IO to a better spot, gutted boxing, added hp to true grit, kept you at def cap. There's even a slot left over.

Consider using defense/resist slots more, some give nice bonuses.

  12. Use the phbb/zetabords format. If you disable codes it doesn't work.
  13. Moving the slot to deflection or true grit gets you something for nothing (slightly increased resistance, usable at a greater range of security level)

Slotting up your resistances should help for defense debuffs, carrying a purp insp or two will help as well. I have 2 steadfast (unique and res/def) and a generic resist dam in Deflection and 3 Aegis in True Grit.

Removing 2 slots from Sta and putting 1 more zephyr KB into CJ or SS (which I told you to 2 slot with Zephyrs) will get you the AOE defense back and have 1 slot left over. Though the Zephyr kb is quite expensive.

Best slotting for Grant Cover is 1 LotG recharge IMHO (endred if you already have 5). If you want to six slot something with defense, Battle Agility would be your best bet.

Regeneration's always nice, along with more hp, more damage, more recovery, more defense... I guess it's up to you what you prioritise the highest.
  14. To be honest, it's a bit of a mess.

For example, Grant Cover is 6 slotted to give a 2.5% ranged bonus. Changing this to 1 slot, adding 2 slots to weave gives 1.25% def to all, and adding 1 slot and slotting Zephyrs in SS and CJ gives 6.25% def to ranged. You even have a slot left over. You're not using slots all that efficiently.

Moving the Steadfast unique to Deflection will give you a small increase in resistance, and let you have the bonus if you exemplar to 27, where you have it now it only works at lvls 33+

Multistrike sets in PBAOE give good defense bonuses as well and they're pretty cheap, something to consider.

STA is fine with 4 slots of perf shifter

That should get you started on the way to a more efficient build.

    Firekin pools

This is pretty close to what I did with my firekin, don't have the ninja pack though. Anyway superspeed is halfway to full stealth so it's still useful.

  17. You're really a lot better off using io sets and frankenslotting.

For example, 6 slotting (at 50) 1 acc, 3 dam, end reduction, and recharge gives 42.4% in acc, endred, recharge and 99% damage

While 5 slotting 2 Acc/Dam from any set, 2 Dam/End from any set, and a recharge IO gives 53% acc and endred, 96% damage, and 42.4% recharge.

So 5 slots gives you approximately the performance of 6. This lets you slot up your defenses earlier.

My rule is using lvl 25+ cheap io sets is fine until I can afford the final IO set.

Superjump is fine with 1 jump IO, and your damage powers should be slotted for damage.
  18. There's a lot of expensive stuff in there, I'm assuming you have the hami-io's already? Numina's and Miracles are pretty expensive as well.

I like enfeebled operation in Fire Cages with rock armor, it adds 4% s/l defense to rock armor. Though the chance of hold proc is nice as well.

You can remove taking the stealth power and add a stealth io to superspeed or sprint (sprint takes jump and run stealth ios) for full pve invis and save a power.

The slow enhances in hotfeet may not be needed, since if things are immobilized anyway (with cages) none of that does anything

I like 4 expedient reinforcements sets in imps since it requires less waiting when one of them inevitably dies

Fissure: It's knockback really doesn't need to be modified, out of the box it just does knockup. Your enhancements will actually knock them back which is mostly seen as bad.
  19. I think you should offer something to the community before calling someone else out, all you've done is be rude.
  20. I made some quick changes, changing Fire Cages to Enfeebled Operation. That gets you to the S/L defense cap without needing the expensive Kinetic Combat set in Boxing. And I reassigned the slots in Boxing (I don't like slotting up powers I never use for set bonuses)

  21. Mids isn't working (think the site is down for maintenance) so I can't open your build.

But the damage IO in your sets with 5 positrons isn't doing you much (6%), you're better off putting a positron's proc in them.

Flashfire doesn't do a lot of damage, I prefer to slot it with 5 stupefy and a recharge.

Super Speed seems overslotted, Fulcrum Shift underslotted.

There really isn't much point in taking Consume, Transference is so much better.

12 pts KB protection is a lot, I do fine with just 4 pts. Is this for pvp?

If you do respec, consider Stone Mastery. Fissure and Seismic Smash add a lot of damage and it's not hard to cap S/L defense with Rock Armor.

  23. Here's one to get you started, I didn't make it but I saved it from a month or 2 back. And I never played it in game. It's S/L defense capped, and the lack of damage in powers like hot feet is made up by being at/near the damage cap with FS.

  24. The Preview button is your friend. phbb is the code to use, reposting below.

I'd advise skipping Spore Burst. Sleep isn't all that effective. Carrion Creepers is worth 6 slots and needs some accuracy.

Can't comment on Storm since I've never played it.

  25. I opened that in Mids (I recommend fixing the codes so those without Mids handy can read it).

Tough/Weave from the Fighting Pool will need to be re-toggled every time you change form so I recommend changing them to something else.

The fitness pool won't work in either Kheld forms either so you may want to delay it and even take the extra slot in Sta out and put it elsewhere.

And your power order seems off, if you're going to take Bright Nova you should take it at 6 instead of waiting until 28.

You also want more slots in White Dwarf Sublimation, it's a good heal in Dwarf Form.
