Fire/kin/Fire Advice
Mids isn't working (think the site is down for maintenance) so I can't open your build.
But the damage IO in your sets with 5 positrons isn't doing you much (6%), you're better off putting a positron's proc in them.
Flashfire doesn't do a lot of damage, I prefer to slot it with 5 stupefy and a recharge.
Super Speed seems overslotted, Fulcrum Shift underslotted.
There really isn't much point in taking Consume, Transference is so much better.
12 pts KB protection is a lot, I do fine with just 4 pts. Is this for pvp?
If you do respec, consider Stone Mastery. Fissure and Seismic Smash add a lot of damage and it's not hard to cap S/L defense with Rock Armor.

Well,there are lots of things going on here that aren't quite right, but you've come to the right place to learn. So first, I'm going to recommend taking a look at all the other fire/kin threads that have popped up. Also, check in the guides section. There's lots of information out there and it can be overwhelming, but maybe we can give you a nudge in the right direction.
First and foremost, Flashfire is a control. No matter how much you slot for damage it can't contribute to significantly. Instead, you want Flashfire to keep you safe. It's your bread and butter control here. Slot it with 4 acc/recharge/stun IO's from sets, a generic accuracy IO, and a generic recharge IO. That'll give you a 25 second stun that recharges in about 45 seconds. That's before hasten or recharge bonuses so you'll be able to keep things stunned more than half the time.
Secondly, Stamina is a great power but you're slotting wastes a lot the enhancement to grab some set bonuses. Recharge and accuracy will do nothing in it. A pretty typical slotting is to use 2-3 slots with end. modification and the +end proc from Performance Shifter in the final slot. Also, this power may not even be necessary if you go with the fire epic. With Consume and Transference you'll have two excellent tools to refill your blue bar. Of course, it could be troublesome if you exemp below the level where you have access to those powers though.
Health is another trouble spot. Generally, folks go with two slots: miracle +recovery and Numina's +regen/recovery just to add more recovery bonuses. Regeneration has a smaller impact when you have fewer hitpoints because it regenerates a percent of the total so slotting it for health has little impact. One of the major draws of health is the fact that it reduces sleep durations used on you by half.
As for your holds, I like the Basilisk set. Using four from it and a triple from another set yields some nice values around 75% enhancement for hold, accuracy, and recharge with a good bonus to global recharge (7.5%) and a ranged defense bonus. You could max out the enhancement of each hold with another triple, but I tend to find that slotting to be enough.
Anyway, this is getting a bit long so I'll wrap it up with a final piece of advice. Do some reading on diminishing returns. You'll find that add more of the same enhancement gives a smaller and smaller bonus until it barely gives any bonus at all. It's a problem you're butting up against in several powers. When the numbers in mid's begin to turn yellow, it means a portion of the bonus has been reduced. When they are red, it means they have been significantly reduced. Sometimes it's better to forgo a final piece in a set if it gives doesn't add to your enhancement and the final set bonus is weak.
