  1. Look for "Universal Damage" in the allowed enhancement set types list of the power. If "Universal Damage" is not in there, it cannot be slotted.
  2. This piece means I can respec back into Explosive Blast! *happy dance*

    Aura Probems

What level is your particle effects settings at? There's two of them. If you're using the generic quality slider, auras look terrible on the bottom two options because they drastically reduce particle effects settings.
  4. It can, however, be placed in base storage, from a comment made on the facebook event announce thread. Which is just super weird. I wasn't aware that there were "levels" of tradeability, they've said before either it's 100% tradeable or it's not tradeable at all.

Pay to win, oh boy he gets 200HP? Oh boy he gets .17%eps? Oh boy he gets +15% recharge? That's pay to win, alright. Winning this game is awesome!

    Oh wait.

There is no way to win this game.

How another player plays their game, when it has no affect on your game, should not matter in the least to you. There is no way to win this game.

The only thing that's really worth it is the 5% def and mag4 mez, the rest is silly piddly crap. I can get that stuff off inventions, and don't have to spend money to do it. (I can get the 5% def off inventions too, but I don't tend to build that way)

Just to note, this isn't true. It's 1-5 mil per level bracket (e.g. 27, 32, 37, 42, 47), increasing along with the level bracket.

At level 50, you have around 95+ slots to fill (67 placeable slots, +24 power slots, +4 fitness -- add one slot per brawl/rest/sprints if you slot them). Average price of a lv50 SO is ~50k when factoring in the fact that most characters slot a disproportionately large number of acc/dam/end/rech enhancements (which are the most expensive ones). That's ~4.75mil *just* for level 50 enhancements.

Around 1mil for the 25s, around 1.5 for the 30s, around 2.25 for the 35s, around 3 for the 40s, around 3.75 for the 45s, around 4.75 for the 50s. So that's around 16ish mil, give or take a couple million, for the "life" of a character.

And that's not factoring in buying another level 50 set for 50+ SOs (for around 20mil total lifetime), or even two more level 50 sets for 50++ (not uncommon in the SO days - around 25mil lifetime).

Still chump change to the veteran power gamers of today, but not necessarily the easiest thing on the planet for newbies. Especially newbies with a) no invention access, b) no auction access, and c) no trading access.
  7. You don't have to destroy the portals, but if you trigger them and spawn any demons, you have to clear the demons.
  8. Don't think of Hybrid as a toggle power.

Think of Hybrid as a click power that you can turn off earlier than its duration. The only difference between Hybrid and a click power is that Hybrid doesn't start recharging until the buff wears off/is turned off.

  11. Staff Fighting was on beta for three months (a few months after it had been leaked). Beast Mastery was leaked, tested, and released in the timeframe that Staff was still being tested.

TUNNEL to anywhere with a Mission Architect building, then use "Crafter's Cafe" in AE. Weeee!
  13. That process is much less clunky than the two CoyoteShaman said: zoning and re-logging. That's what I was responding to (thus why I quoted it). Not the thread in general.
  14. Max's arc never gives a reward table.
  15. http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Repeatable_Missions Repeatable contacts. I think all of them are listed there. Lemme know if any are missing, or add them yourself.

What? Are you talking about refreshing the radio mission list? No, you don't have to do either of those things, not since abandoning missions was implemented.

Select a mission, open the radio again, abandon the mission. Continue until you get a mission option that you like, complete the mission. Repeat.
  17. H/VEAT don't have a Paragon Rewards unlock.

If you unlocked H/VEAT before Freedom, chances are pretty good you will have access to them, and keep access to them forever. I think this started out as a bug and has been shifted instead to working as intended because they don't care enough to revoke all of the unlocks due to level 20 hero/villains because who knows what that would break?
  18. My main doesn't have a favorite enemy to fight. My scrapper, Magnificent, though really likes beating the snot out of Crey and 5th Column, since Crey were the ones that turned her from a tiger into my obligatory catgirl, and 5th Column because they are so dumb and clumpy they make for great eviscerate/spin/jump back/shockwave targets.

Except for the pesky "convert to" problem, which requires converters, which don't exactly fall like rain.

Sadly, the events are separate, incompatible flags for the zone, not stacking flags.
  21. It'd fit pretty easily in the details bubble/line if you shrink up the text a bit. Otherwise, put it in a popup like the "light load/medium load/heavy load/full" popup when hovering over the server list.

While we're at it and wishing on stars, move time spent offline to the popup and put in more detail than just "x days offline". Maybe even inf on hand.

I can understand not putting marketing # items sold/bought (like the chat message) since you have to hit the market server to get that information and maybe they don't want to do that at the character select screen. But pie-in-the-sky dreams would definitely include that.
  22. Put an SG registrar in the little room with the science/whatever quartermasters in Aeon City, right off of where the SG base and ouro drop you off. Hurray!
  23. I kinda like it. I always like moving faster without burning end. It's a minor buff, like the rest of the minor buffs in Mutation and Mystic Fortune. No biggie dealio.

"Remarkably quiet" is used in zones that don't have detectives, e.g. Atlas Park, The Hive, etc.

Can't. Game won't give me radio missions in zones I've outleveled. Because apparently things are "beneath my notice" (when I never said so).
