Dear Jay,
the witch top is having some problems when coupled with a cape.
Upper Body
Upper Body : Sleeveless Jacket
Jacket : Uniform Open
Chest: Witch Lace
Shoulders : None
Cape
Back Detail : Asymmetrical Cape
Brooch : None
Cape : Scarf
Here is an example of the Witch Lace + Cape, and as you can see it looks like part of the cape is being "covered" up or over-written by the Jacket/Witch Lace Top. I'd like to think it's an issue with Witch Lace rather than the jacket because when you switch the Chest to something like bridal...you get this . -

Build up causes suppression as does, casting Forge. Funny, if you're on an emp and you buff someone with Fortitude, no suppression. Switch to a corruptor and buff someone with Forge, you get suppressed.

I've spoken my share on the new pvp changes enough. The new pvp doesn't require any real skill. Your powers don't do what they really do. In PvE they do one thing, while in pve they might not even be worth taking. There are a LOT of bugs and more problems were created with I13/i14 PvP yet, it's viewed as "balanced" which is a bunch of crock. PvP 2.0/3.0 drove out most of the more experienced players and I have yet to see the new wave of pvpers to show up. Perfect example, a lot of players in War Council and Exile no longer play.(edit: Anyone notice that War Scribe doesn't sign on anymore???) Or they don't pvp anymore because pvp is just not fun anymore. You would have no problem signing on between 6PM - 11PM on a weeknight and be able to throw a kickball or a normal arena match together. Now you can't even get a 3v3 going even if you beg in arena chat. PvP isn't fun.
Besides PvP events, Sirens, Warburg, and RV are basically dead most of the time. -

BaB, I also just noticed a weird clipping issue or overlapping when using the Witch "Tops with skin" pieces, a cape, and a Sleeveless jacket.
The witch pieces will overlap a portion of a cape, thus making it appear to be a different color. When you switch to another top...say Bridal or any other top, the cape is *over* the top. If you switch to "Jackets" the cape will be over the cape normally, it seems this is only happening with Sleeveless jackets.
If that doesn't make any sense maybe these screenies will help...

I'm tired of the farm missions any way. I want real content. If this finally forces the Dev's to come up with some way to stop these farm missions (mostly because they will all eventually be designed like the one I encountered) all the better.

It's just the dev's don't see how much potential this game had/has and did not really listen to the pvp community like it should of and release I13. Thus destroying the small but loyal pvp community. Old pvp was a joke. It was great for stalkers and the veats, and everyone else hated having toggles dropped. The old darth noobians and cheez sithians liked it...since their precious star wars galaxies got destroyed. Also the old 40' range on impale was gay. Mez length was real gay. Unresistable assassin strike was gay. Blasters unresistable damage was gay. All defense sets were useless.
The new PvP is a nice improvement but it needs some work. I think raising controllers/doms holds from 4 secs to 5 secs would be good and increasing everyone else's mezzes to 3 secs would be good. Also putting a floor on how low a mez can be resisted would help, based on AT of course, meaning tankers would have the highest resistance to mezzes in the game.
The new changes to Khelds has been wonderful.

OP you're wrong. The new PvP is completely 100% balanced. I like the fact that there are even less viable ATs to pvp with, inspirations are useless (particularly BFs), and it has been reduced to button mashing instead of taking skill.

Personally, I'd go with Expedient reinforcement in animate stone. Slightly lower damage bonus (3%), but you get mez resistance and a nice recharge bonus.
If it were my build, I'd put 2 KB IOs in acro instead of 2 end redux, they won't make that much of a difference.
I'd take the extra slot out of SS and SJ put it into Health. Add the numina ++ proc and another miracle so you get the recovery bonus.
In SS/SJ put the blessing of the zephyr increase run/fly/jump/etc/end.
In AM, take out the End mod/acc and replace it with End mod/end, that way AM isn't using a whopping 15 points of endurance.
You *can* just 2 slot acro, take the 3rd slot, put it into hibernate, take one slot out of assault put it into hibernate and put a sec of doctored wounds, so you get more recharge.
I don't know much about rad so that's all I got to say so far. Hope that helps. -

So in sacrifice for a few L33t uber people that made it point to prove they are uber 24/7 and threw one too many grains of salt into the wound, I13 came to be for the better enjoyment of pvp by anyoen who wishes to go into it and not just the l33t few. All it would've took to avoid this nerf bat wasa little respect among players. a little honor. This is basically a self inflicted pvp nerf. Yes some people say that killing someone over and over to bug them is legal so is putting my finger in ya face but not touching you and spitting all types of explitive in front your grandma and wishing the old bat would die so I could laugh when they put her into the ground is all perfectly legal but doesnt exactly make it right. And and if I did do that, I expect a fight to ensure, which in this case complaints and animosity. Pre-13 PVP was nice with the powers and stuff, but it sucked balls because it was always like hard core pvpers owned the zone and didnt want anyone in. Well , mission accomplished on their part but that's bad for buisness by runnign off paying customers. And since the l33t group was small to begin with, they didnt stand a chance against the angry protests. Of course some of my coolest buddies was l33tz and left with the rest but if changing something to piss off a few people for the better for more then go for it. I see the concept behind I13 but dont think it worked out exactly as it was envisioned. Or maybe so depending on which side you're on. Many people are just glad the old d-wads as they became known are finally gone.
