Special Salvage cannot be traded at all.
Some other pieces of salvage, like Event and Invention, can be traded. -

Just fyi, I don't know how you're not finding your way around the wiki, as the following page (which one assumes would be the search term for "Symbiotic Armor"):
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Symbiotic_Armor
has the following text at the top:

Unless you're looking on the wrong wiki, e.g. wikia, because that place sucks. ParagonWiki for the win! http://paragonwiki.com -
Currently, it's a flat 20% chance to anyone in range every time you fire it off, no matter what.
With the future PPM changes, the theory is that the PPM will be tweaked so that it is similar to the current rate, though AoE will always suffer slightly due to Area Factor. -
Getting mad because a thread on the internet doesn't stay on topic? Man, you must have like seventy two ulcers.

They're not IOs either. /pedant
(An important distinction since we have folks who can't utilize IOs.) -

If you unlock an empty slot, create a character, then delete the character, you have an empty slot again. Slot choices are (semi) permanent.
Note: "Semi" permanent because you do get the slot back as a server token to assign where you wish if you subscribe and drop back down to preemie again. But if you never subscribe, you never get that slot token. -
Tech Issues would be a better place to put this.

I don't know the answer, but they are not ATO enhancements. ATOs are Archetype Enhancements, and Overwhelming Force is not an archetype. They are Attuned enhancements, or Universal Damage sets.
-
I did DFB with four and got SOs from all of the AVs, no EBs in sight. I didn't check the difficulty setting but I'm pretty sure the LFG ignores that.

Unless you're talking about N/S Indy Port, or N/S Nerva, or getting out to the monkeys or DE monsters in PI. Those mission doors are irritating. I can change zones faster than doing those trips most of the time.

You can still be a wisp in Light Form, it's a power customization option.

Quote:Overwhelming Force is not an ATO (ATOs are archetype enhancements, like Brute's Fury). Overwhelming Force is simply an Attuned Enhancement (that is currently bugged), or a Universal Damage set.I do know this: When I put the ATOs in my SG's storage bins they don't stack by IO. They seem to be stacking by IO's of the same level (even though no level is listed).
This could be causing the bug.
Example: I have four Damage/Endurance/Recharge Overwhelming IOs. All four list separately in the bin. However, two of my four Acc/Dmg/End/Rech IOs do stack with two others listed separately below.
The items that stack have the same minimum level requirement. The items that aren't stacking have disparate minimum levels.
OF is currently bugged in that they are being granted a minimum level through the reward table, even though they're supposed to be attuned and effectively level-less except obviously the minimum level of the set. The likely reason this is happening is because the reward tables have never granted an attuned item before and they aren't sure how to fix it. They haven't really said anything other than "yeah, it's broken" and "we're working on it", with no ETA or other details. -
Also, the epic ATs remain unlocked if you unlocked them before Freedom launched (under either the level 50 unlock or the later level 20 unlock). However, if you didn't create your account until after Freedom launched, you're SOL; you gotta buy 'em no matter what.

You guys keep saying "code"... I don't think you guys know what "3D object textures" are. I think ya'll should research "3D object textures" a bit. They don't involve code if the items are already implemented.
(While we're in the suggestions forum: I wish there was a way to block images in a user-by-user basis.) -
I already posted a very detailed reason why it's delayed. Then I stated that they could have made it level 3 instead of level 4, and clarified I didn't know why they didn't. And then said since it only takes like five minutes to get from 3 to 4, it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.
However, the reasons why they delayed them have already been stated; you are simply choosing to not read them. -
They changed it in May 2008.

The -7 part cannot be affected by enhancements *or* buffs, the -2 part can be enhanced *and* buffed.

A 3D object has all its sides even if they are invisible.
I know this for a fact because this is a fact of designing *all* 3D objects in *all* environments.
You simply cannot have a one-sided 3D object (then it's not 3D, izzit?), especially if it's as simple as a flat "floor" piece. Literally all it takes is putting an image on the other side of the floor piece to make it not invisible.
There is no code to alter when adjusting the pictures visible on a 3D object. It's all done in some 3D image creation/editing software.
However, they seem to be totally allergic to bases so I'm not surprised they haven't put forth the three hours' work it'd take to fix the few objects that are invisible from certain directions. -

Quote:Errr, when you summon the transporter, you end up right by it... :x You can team-port to any missions in your teams' list, not just your own.Won't work, you have to be by the Transporter for the TP effect to trigger.
That is, indeed, why porters of all types do not work in the tutorial. You get on a team with someone in Peregrine Island, they select one of their missions, and you are not allowed to port to their mission because the porters are grayed out. They didn't initially, and people ended up with broken characters with no contacts. Villains that couldn't get their capes/auras because they had no previous contact with Kalinda. Etc. It didn't last that long, I'm not even sure it got out of beta, but it was pretty hysterical while it lasted.
You also can't TP to your base or Pocket D.
People were also porting into the tutorial, but that was also nixed, though I'm pretty sure that one made it live for a short time because I'm almost positive I saw a lv50 in outbreak in a forum thread.
I don't know why they chose level 4 instead of level 3. It's obvious why they didn't choose level 2 (you can still be in the tutorial at 2), but level 3 doesn't have any possibility of tutorial foul-play. But it takes maybe 5 minutes to get to level 4 so no biggie. -
You would not need to add any kind of code to put a picture on the opposite side of a 3D texture object. The side is already there, it just doesn't have anything on it so it is invisible. Fixing that is all on the 3D object artist(s). All they would have to do is check it into QA and have QA look at the items and say "yep, that's 2 sides".
No code is involved at all. Everything is already there.
Changing what items do requires code, but not "painting" an already-existent 3D object. -
