Dreadful Wail change
How many targets are you hitting? Electric Blast's nuke has a "scaling" crash, and if you only hit one or two targets, you keep some endurance. If you miss all the targets, it still crashes your Recovery, but you don't lose any End.
I've never used Dreadful Wail - is it possible that it's coded the same way?

I think so. I occasionally use it just for the sound effect and it drains almost no END if there are no enemies around.

Dreadful Wail, if it hits *anything,* (One target) will do the full crash. Same with Inferno.
Thunderous Blast (since it can't hit "nothing," being ranged/targeted) scales fairly fast - about half END, but 0% recovery, when hitting one target. Complete drain at 3.
Except when it doesn't. Having witnessed different behavior from what City of Data says just YESTERDAY, I'll put more faith in actual experience than theoretical data.

Has Dreadful Wails crash changed? It still shows as -1000% recovery (but can't go negative) and -100% end. I've used it a lot recently, and it seems that I ofen have over 50% end left. Even allowing for the fact that it might not be -100% but -100, and thus that if I have an accolade or key power or 2, I could still have say 20 over 100, I should never, as I understand it, have over 50% end after using this power.
So, has it changed? Is it a bug? Anyone else noticing this? Is any other crashing nuke doing this too?
So far, I've seen this behavior about 1/3 to 1/2 the time. Now that I've noticed it, I'll be tracking the occurrences a lot more closely for better numbers, assuming that someone doesn't tell me that this is the new norm.
