Quote:Mastermind Pets are pushable.Collision detection.
Urgh.
Imagine this: You're a stalker doing a mission in a Circle of Thorns cave. You have seven people in your group, with three of them being masterminds. Now, each of the masterminds has six pets out, meaning that you have to navigate over twenty people to try to get to the enemies, and by the time you get to most of them they're dead.
Now, imagine that being a true story that happened to me the day before yesterday, and you understand why I want collision detection either removed for pets or gotten rid of completely. -
You don't get Ninja Run until level 4, did you put in a couple power selections?

Yes, as long as you don't have a CoV CE code on your account, you can apply a CoV CE code to your account. Same with all the other codes. You get all the goodies, including the free month. For example, I have put all of the retail codes on my account except for CoV CE, and gotten the goodies for all of them, including a bunch of free months!
The only weird one is if you put a CoV CE code on your account and then attempt to put a generic CoV-only code, you can't. But you can do generic CoV-only and then CoV CE just fine. -
Attemping to send items to a non-global name (or even a global name without an @ symbol) puts up an error, so that's not what happened.
It was likely sent during the time when global server was down; sending or claiming emails during that period is like throwing stuff into a black hole and waving byebye. The GMs should(?) be able to track the attempt of sending items/inf, though. -

Quote:Did you totally miss that they said there's no timeframe for it, in which case where are you pulling Issue 20 or 21 from?If I18 is the companion to Going Rogue (a la Along Came a Spider for CoV), and I19 is Incarnates, we might get the CoP again in Issue 20 or 21. (Although admittedly it'd be sweet to have it crop up in 19 - not only do we become gods, but we get to FIGHT gods. Hells yeah.)

Veteran Powers do not benefit from +damage. They do benefit from +tohit and +recharge and most everything else.
None of the booster powers benefit from anything other than +tohit.
Temporary powers are different per power, but MOST of them benefit from +everything.
It will say in the Detailed Information whether a power "ignores enhancements and buffs", meaning that part of the power does NOT benefit from +whatever. The recharge portion, unfortunately, does not note whether it is affected or not; you just kinda have to stopwatch that. -

All chainlink fences in game have points at which you can simply push through them. It takes a moderate amount of persistance and/or luck. I've done it a few times (including twice into the monkey cage in Pocket D).

As you can see, "all of them" kind of sums it up.

Compatible cursors is now an option in Advanced Graphics options. You don't have to muck with that shortcut crap if you don't understand it. It's about one-third the way down advanced graphics options, default is "Color"... I forget what the other option is called. Performance? Something.

I agree that Elec Melee rocks, but I am a bit befuddled on how that screenie shows why... I mean, there is a complete lack of Lightning Rod!

Quote:The Med Kit and the Med Pack are two separate powers. The Med Pack is listed under Invention Powers, since they're invention recipes. Med Kit is a mission-granted power, thus nothing to do with this thread. But it did not answer his question. The above description does not say whether or not it is interruptible.

Of course, this also does not specify interruptible or not, but the other heal powers with such long activation times (Aid Other/Aid Self) are interruptible.

Quote:Their stance has nothing to do with it; their model is still humanoid. Not all. Robotics use the same model as Malta Titans and Council/5th Column Mek Man bosses (hunched over and mostly immobile; Protectors go into a more familiar humanoid combat stance when using shield buffs or repair, abilities which regular robot enemies do not have and thus likely lack 'rigid' animations for). They play emotes just fine, too.
Just a quick off-topic mention, that's all.
The demons do not use the humanoid model. -
Quote:I logged on to Justice last night. It was approximately 10pm Pacific time, so that puts it at 1am Eastern. Justice was fourth in load (approx. equiv. to population), so somewhat low body count.Ummm... Wow.
I said it took 2.5 hours to get 2 people.
He said he could get a full team. I doubt that, so I comment that I doubt there will even be enough potential (online, correct level, lfg messages that don't exclude the group) people to even possibly do what he is claiming.
Two different numbers are used because we are discussing two different things - the first being the experience I had, and the second being what he is claiming he can do.
I really cannot figure out where you think there is a disconnect.
I was almost instantly invited to a duo, which ballooned to a team of five within 15 minutes.
How did this happen? I /friend characters if I like them. I /gfriend people if we REALLY enjoy playing together. I have a global list of around ...35? people at the moment. Most of my characters have 1-5 more people that are only on the character friend list (meaning I'll probably eventually global friend them, but I'd like more interaction first).
Additionally, I am a part of two cross-server global channels, one of which is NEVER empty. I am also a part of several global channels that are server specific (like Justice For All/JFA, VirtueUnited, etc.), and most of these are also never empty.
Additionally, I invite my teammates to suggest their friends to join. Typically, this ends up with me /friending them (or sometimes even /gfriending them), which expands my list of folks to poke.
I *never* set an LFT flag (unless it is to set it to red). In fact, almost all of my characters utilize /hidesearch to be removed from search lists. I *never* broadcast LFT.
If I want on a team, I can be on a team within half an hour at most. Any server. Any time.
This is the power of friends/global friends/global channels. You should try it some time. -

A reactivation code sent from an EU account will be an EU reactivation code. A reactivation code sent from a US account will be a US reactivation code.
