Global Recharge vs Temp / Veteran powers

do Temp powers / Veteran Powers / Accolade powers get affected by the global recharge bonus?

one would think they do but then certain powers say they are unenhanceable recharge wise

anyone know if there are any powers that are not affected by global recharge?

that being said some temp powers get decent when you can use them more often that every couple hours

Many are affected by global recharge. The ones that come from the booster packs (Self Destruction, Mission Transporter, etc) do not.

Unfortunately, there's no hard rule as to which are and which aren't. And the only way I know of to tell them apart is through observation. I can tell you for sure that the 25 minute click accolades all benefit from recharge. Eye of the Magus and Geas of the Kind Ones are much more useful when they're sped up.

Yeah, pretty much every temp, accolade, and vet power gain benifits from +recharge (and +acc and +dam or whatever else you've got). The Booster pack powers however, do not get any bonus from +recharge. I think Self Destruct gains benifit from +dam and +acc, but i'm not 100% sure.

Veteran Powers do not benefit from +damage. They do benefit from +tohit and +recharge and most everything else.

None of the booster powers benefit from anything other than +tohit.

Temporary powers are different per power, but MOST of them benefit from +everything.

It will say in the Detailed Information whether a power "ignores enhancements and buffs", meaning that part of the power does NOT benefit from +whatever. The recharge portion, unfortunately, does not note whether it is affected or not; you just kinda have to stopwatch that.
