its hard to tell from the description so I am gonna ask... is the + recovery to the person who casts the power or to the person it is casted on? so for example if I slotted it in heal other would that person gain the effect of the + recovery 15% or would I?
please only respond if you have used it and know the answer thanks. -
So here are some Ideas I had to tweak the morality system a bit and make you feel like your moral choices matter more.
1) Missions/arcs you receive from some contacts change depending on your alignment
Example: as hero you may get 2 part mission part one wants you to investigate a ware house and you go in and defuse 4 bombs and beat the boss and guards second mission you go stop another group of the same Villain type from robbing a jewlery store
but as a vigilante in mission 1 instead of just defusing them you collect them and mission 2 rather then stopping the jewel heist you decide "hey stopping the jewel heist and arresting them does no goo since they will get out of jail any way" so your second mission would be to go to there base defeat the forces there and plant the collected bombs blowing up the base giving them no place to run back to.
also right now it seems hero contact won't speak to rogues but now they would! and Mission 1 you'd have an (optional) next to the collect/defuse the bombs and in Mission 2 you'd either stop them from robbing the jewlery store just to rob it your self or track them to there hide out and rob them.
and this actually brings me to the second idea... some (optional) requirements would either automaticly give you a mark (hero or vig blue side, rogue or vil on red) OR automaticly give you a tips contact with the apropriate options so in the rogue example I gave collecting the bombs would give you the tips mission allowing you to decide if you want to stop them from robbing the store and rob it your self (stay rogue) or go blow up the base and take the loot from them (hero)...

Let me first say some of the Ideas may have been presented here before (infact I have touched on the clones Idea else where), so if I repeat some Ideas previously presented I apologize.
Now down to Business:
I have an Idea for new Mastermind Primary power set... CLONES
and by clones I don't mean the starwars clone troopers I mean Clones of Your character... the first thing that would be different about the clones MM vs. others is that while in a PvE Zone every one would see your clones as clone1, clone 2, clone 3 etc (or what ever you named them), BUT in a PvP zone only your self and your allies would see the names you designated your enemies would see a bunch of you (ex. if your name is Copy Cat every one not on your team would see you and your clones all with the name Copy Cat) the second is that much like the DP blasters you'd have a rotating selection powers to choose from (once you pic the power) so now you are probably wondering how this would work out well I have worked that out (you may or may not like it)
{in his best twightlight zone voice} Submitted for your approval the clones Power set:
Tier 1 power- moderate power fast rechage mod range blast
Tier 2- Summon Decoys - Default powers Brawl and your origin style attack (ex throwing knife)
Tier 3- selectable power type (Energy would be the default you get to start then you can select from Fire, Electric, rad and sonic)
Tier 4- Gifted Power (this would embue the clones with more of your powers I'll explain further down what each gets)
Tier 5- Cone moderate recharge mod range blast
Tier 6- Summon Replicas - default powers Brawl, origin power, and T1 power)
Tier 7- heavy short range blast long rech
Tier 8- Summon Clone - default powers brawl, origin, T1 and T5
Tier 9- Further Bestoment (embues clones with more power)
Note: Once/If you select selectable power type (and proper enhancements added) your clones powers will work as such
Decoys- Energy, Electric, Fire
Replicas - Sonic, Radiation
Clone- Randomly switches between all 5
Gifted Power would do the following to your clones:
Decoys- Grants T1 power
Replicas- Grants T5 power
Clone- Grants T7
Further Bestoment would do the following:
Decoys- Grants T5 Power
Replicas- Grants T7 power
Clone- Grants a some what weaker version of you second set T1 power (if you chose dark miasma for instance they'd get twilight grasp)
any way that is the clone Idea^
Now on to Pet customization:
this is a list pet options for the current sets some could be default others earned through badges
first off all of them should get coloring options for the Original look...

this is my Idea for a "Neck Option":
I'd like to see an option for the neck and have some shoulder and chest options moved to it so they can be used in edition to the other shoulder and chest options as well as new neck options:
Options to move:
Neck Chain
Ties (bow tie, bolo tie neck ties etc)
Spike collar
New Options to add:
neck Bling -
Magic Amulets
chokers-
I'd also like to see back packs such as aracnos spider, back packs like the merc pets school back packs etc -

I just find it silly that they run back and foth all willynilly like morons... it would be nice if they had some direction like in some of the bank missions or open world where they will run through an area and in to a building or in this case toward an exit or a room or w/e

also I saw this was Asked but did not see an answer are we allowed to mess with orientation ans such of elements on the template or do you you want them to remain that way? -
okay since this has be come a cool things that have happened story thread (and I am glad cause its coolto read) I'll share another one though this is more funny then any thing...
So this was back when Exemplars where distance based (not sure if they are any more its been a while) so if you got out of range of your higher level hero you would drop back down to w/e level you where... well I was on my blaster and flying near what was at one time a 5th colum (now a council) fort with anti air crft guns and I got out of range of the higher level hero the gun fired shot me in the fact my toon did a 450 head over heal flip ending with a face plan in to the ground... -

what about instead of a damage or xp bonus for the favoured group you could earn special rewards like temp powers and costume pieces and or costume recipies . any temp powers you earned temp powers would either have a use/time limit or for some of the more dificult ones to earn are permentn unless you switch a favorite group (as would any timer or useage ones should you not have vinished using them), how ever costume pieces would be perminent.
so example:
super Joe hates the Skulls by undertaking skull based missions from the advesary tab he can earn temp powers like a dark smite that uses no end but has only 20 charges or other powers of the like, but if he keeps it up he can earn special dark based defensive power that gives him extra defense for 15 min and has a recharge of 30 min. Along side that he can also earn "skull themed" costume pieces, some at random from killing skulls some for completeing spesific tasks or sticking with that group as his arch rival. -

Something similar happend to me once.
I once had a couple of characters level-pacted, doing the rounds of Perez Park. One died, the other went out while animating the Sands of Mu power against a Damned boss. She did enough damage to defeat him, and the resultant XP dinged them both to level 8 and rez'd them simultaneously! -
I have wanted a "huge" female form for a long time and even quired about it and it has been brought up many many times and heck I would like to even see like the female body builder you showed as far as size or like a bod like Ms. Corey Everson (some might know here as the character atlantica from the herculese series)

It was pretty freaking cool...
I was about to die so I decided to use my self destruct since I had a bounce back insp, so I count down and blow up the resulting xp from blowing away those enemies caused me to level and auto rez with full life and end ...
Any way I thought that was pretty friggin cool -

(high damage attack with slow and immobilize)
level 26 Ranged Shot
(interpretable Extreme damage attack )
level 32 Final shot
(Extreme damage, ignores resistance and does a critical hit even out of stealth, slow recharge,)
the secondary would be (utility) which would be like debuffing, stealth buffing, self buffing
and would start out with conceal which is hide
you would get both aim and build up
and some other ideas are
Surveillance, Power Boost,
Team Stealth powers
(Shadow fall, Group invisibility, Steamy mist)
Targeting drones, quickness, focused accuracy, smoke bomb ,decoys
repel powers
(force bubble, telekinesis)
and the last skill would be that adds some type of damage , like fiery embrace which is based on the pool chosen that gives damage to the player after it wears off like the damage that absorb pain does to the empathy defenders
