Yes. This is going by reports previously made on the forums.

If you apply a CoV Collector's code or a Good vs Evil code, you cannot then apply a regular CoV code to your account. However, you can apply a regular CoV code, then either of the above, and they'll all work.
  4. Any account can utilize the Mac Edition goodie pack. It doesn't matter if you're running your account on a beefed up toaster.
  5. Special IOs (Aegis Status Resistance, etc.), IO set bonuses. Otherwise, nope. Break Frees are your friend.

    I think you mean 300K+ a minute.
  7. This gives me the idea of creating a character with a goatee... getting this mission, then when inside, switching to a costume without the goatee.

*runs cackling off to the character creator*

That says 18,067,929.45/hr. That's eighteen MILLION an hour. A bit over 300k a minute.

To manually send a tell, type:

    /tell name, message

The comma after "name" is important. Example:

/tell scouse, Welcome to the forums!
  12. No. I mean the damage numbers are correct. Damage in PVP is based on cast time now. Longer cast time powers get huge numbers.

And also, the numbers for buffs/debuffs are not correct.

    The markets

    * I'm assuming can't because I can think of no reason that makes sense to me of why they wouldn't.

EDIT- Ah, I see I'm not the only one wondering.
It's not "can't" at all - there is no "can't" in programming that can't be overcome with enough time/resources/people - it's more "won't" (possibly to do with the time/resources/people involvement). Although the end result is still the same: no merged server lists.
  14. P-strings can represent a whole bunch of things. There was a bug blueside where a bunch of NPCs ended up with p-string names. At one point, the monster activity Hero Event message for... Jurassik? was a p-string, and I think one or two other GMs.

    The markets

The markets are also cross-Atlantic. The EU players and the NA players all share the two markets. Someone on Defiant Blueside can list their Sparkly Findangle, and someone on Pinnacle Blueside can bid on it, and all other permutations.
  16. The PVP damage numbers in the current Mids (1.7.0.7) is correct. It does not factor in buff/debuff diminishing returns.
  17. While, like Umbral said, this isn't the place for Mids suggestions, you can already do this.

Window > Recipe Viewer. You can then copy the lists to clipboard and paste it into Word/Notepad/whatever.
  18. Those are actually really well-done armor shinies, CR. You don't see that very often with pencil.

  20. Archetypes already have their own boards.

But seriously, that would be a good place to recruit for SGs with a given origin theme... also a place to RP within a given type perhaps, perhaps a philosophical discussion about what differentiates Sci, Tech and Nat origins, perhaps which of the origins is the most cost effective in terms of plentiful Enhancer drops/location of stores, suggestions for making origins mean a bit more in game?
All of these have proper places already...in order of your suggestions:
    - supergroup recruiting forum
    - RP forum
    - general city-life forum/comics forum
    - player questions/general city-life forum
    - suggestions forum

The Pillar still requires you to be the minimum level for the arc. You can just get around the level 25 lock-out from the Ouroboros zone itself.
  23. Uhh, brain fart. I read "If it's by Ouroboros, a level 1 can join." Which, no, a level 1 cannot join an Ouro (or a supergroup base Pillar) Flashback arc for these contacts.

    My bad.

    Costume question

He's the main costume guy. His word is final. If he says it doesn't look good enough for release, unless he gets outvoted by someone higher up than him, we don't get it. He doesn't want to release something that looks half-*****. I, for one, agree with him. I don't want costume pieces that look like "well, this is what we can do now, who cares, throw it in". I want costume pieces that look like, "I would wear this in real life!"
