You might also check which version you have. If I recall correctly the I17 release had a bug which caused some powers to double their effects and I believe it was fixed in the newest version (1.707).
Mids PvP setting has been like this for a little while now (at least to me). It doesn't properly do the math on Resist/Def buffs and debuffs while in a PvP zone and other stats are similarly affected. I just gave up using it to design for PvP using the PvP settings. I do have the most recent version by the way.
The PVP damage numbers in the current Mids (1.7.0.7) is correct. It does not factor in buff/debuff diminishing returns.

No. I mean the damage numbers are correct. Damage in PVP is based on cast time now. Longer cast time powers get huge numbers.
And also, the numbers for buffs/debuffs are not correct.

In Mid's I have been messing around with high DPS scrappers and I noticed a few powers that seemed OP once I clicked the pvp option. According to Mid's, Air Superiority with 3 lvl 50 dmg IOs plus Build Up does over 800 damage. This is a typo right?
Also, Flurry with the same enhancements does over 1000 damage in pvp with Build Up. These numbers aren't correct are they?
