1. This is just a stunt to justify in-game role-play-wise why Galaxy City will be one of the low level zones getting a touch-up in I21 as mentioned in the Producer's Letter.
2. This is another mod-run in-game event of incursion of Shivans using a 'clean Galaxy protest' as the reason to gather folks together to throw something at them.

I was just thinking about this myself. In the two images below, the first is what the Powerlist window would look like if the window could be expanded (which it can't). The second is my suggested reorganization to put it all in one window. Or, maybe a tabbed window would work better.

One last question, just a shot in the dark... are the mods, at least the generic Moderator_x ones, trained to not respond to e-mails?
Or, they might think they were very clear about what they said and hope that any complaint you may have had against their action will go away with time and a lessening of outrage over the situation.

Also, I tried logging in and going through the tutorial. I decided to upgrade the graphics...my specs are beast, so I could've SWORE they could handle it. I pushed the graphics to max on everything, and it was extremely slow. After that, I decided to lower everything, so I pushed "set to default". The game freezes, stops all sounds, and then black screen with loading mouse symbol. I logged in again, tried it again, and still it crashes. So now, I can't play Going Rogue without lagging horribly.
It also does this just by playing max settings for a few seconds.
WRT your computer, check out this thread, Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines
Then post the results of these two programs:
- CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.
- HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.

The Wiki is right with regard to drops. The information it has about drops is the culmination of rigorous player testing and in many cases, Dev confirmation.
Just because the Wiki has been wrong doesn't mean it's unreliable. Devs have been wrong about game mechanics. Encyclopedias and dictionaries have been wrong. That doesn't mean you can't use them as a source ever again.
Or put it this way: Hey, ResidentX10, have you ever been wrong? If so, then, by your own logic, you should never say anything again about anything since you've been known to be wrong.
So, not only was the original info provide wrong. But the argument about what is a more reliable source was fallacious. -

Also what about the new Incarnate stuff? the emotes & costume changes? any idea on the authbit for them? -
FYI: Issue 20.5 has finally exposed the costume change emotes as a default part of the quickchat menu.

In order for the other attacks to get the Brawl no-redraw treatment:
1. The Devs would have to decide to invest the programmer and animation artist time into making this happen;
2. Such work would have to be prioritized and scheduled... certainly, the publishing of new Issues shouldn't be delayed for this; which means that...
3. It will be done in about two years from now if #1 comes about. -
It won't do that outside of the 3D environment, for example, in the costume creator window.

That was never in the game.
There is, however, situations where your target critter in a mission shows up standing on a waypoint and clicking on it on the minimap will give you on-screen distance to your target. -

4. If you can find the Ascension Armor, the Radiance versions are either the next option on the list after the armor, or, they are subdetails.
