Screenshots not working
It won't do that outside of the 3D environment, for example, in the costume creator window.

As an aside, I had a similar issue where when I first installed the game on my Vista box, using Print Screen for screenshots worked fine then out of the blue just randomly stopped working.
I fixed it accidentally when I was playing with the /screenshot command.
After seeing that the captures worked that way, I tried the Print Screen button again and it seemed to have resolved the issue.
I hope that helps!

I see. The /screenshot command is working. Dunno why Print Screen button is not. Yes. I am on Vista.

Tangent: for a long time I did exactly what Paragonwiki mentions, although I used the P key: I bound p to screenshotui 0$$screenshot and shift+p to screenshotui 1$$screenshot. However, I tend to sometimes take two pics: one with and one without the UI, so I'm often hitting p twice. Its honestly never occurred to me until recently to just bind p to "screenshotui 0$$screenshot$$screenshotui 1$$screenshot". As long as you have a computer reasonably fast enough to take two screenshots in rapid succession, which I do, I now always get a pair of screenshots. What's more is they tend to pair themselves nicely by filename: screenshot_X.jpg and screenshot_X_1.jpg, again as long as your system can take the caps quickly enough.
I have absolutely no idea why this never occurred to me in seven years until not that long ago.

I may just start using the snipping tool as it lets me resize right over top of the CoH window.

A windows utility tool like the "Snipping tool" or a 3rd party screencapture application with it's own settings may actually be the cause of your problems.
I have an application like the snipping tool(so I've heard) for my Windows XP, it's default capture key is printscreen. If I accidentally leave it open and try to take a screenshot in CoH it will be handled and saved into the application's save directory instead of CoHs.

I have always used the Print Screen button on my KB to take screen dumps that have gone automatically into my /CityofHeroes/screenshots/ folder. However, this has stopped happening. Now it seems Print screen doesn't do anything. I have check my keymapping, and Print Screen is still selected to take jpg screenshots, so I don't know what else to check. Anyone else have this problem before and can help me correct this?
