The reason tanks can tank is because of their primary set. What you are asking for is a armor/support set with no attacks.

I keep seeing people comment that HOs let you do things that were 'unintended'. Isn't Perma Hasten unintended, Perma PA, Soft Capped defense on a resistance toon with no defense (Regen, Elec, blasters and controllers) unintended? Secondly, how do you, a random person on the internet, know what other random people on the internet feel and think?
Anywho, what I am getting at is there are lot of things in this game that could be seen as unbalanced, overpowered or unintended. Many are attainable with IOs, very very few from HOs. The 'bug' is more like a microsoft feature. How many people were injured by the HO feature, robbed, wronged? This feature actually enhanced an old system, something that now is even more antiquated and rarely used. -
IIRC Perf shifter = .2% endurance per second on average per proc. Can be more, can be less, but around .2%/sec sounds about right.
Note: Unslotted Stamina is .4%/sec if that shows you a good comparison. -
45+ is the hardest for me. I have 10-15 toons sitting at 45, and like 3 at 49... I ... just ... don't ... care about leveling them that last level or two -_-

I always have NC Soft Launcher close when launching CoH. (IT DRAINS SO MUCH OF MY COMPUTER, ALWAYS KEEPING THE CPU BUSY AT AROUND 35%) When you reopen the NCSoft Launcher, you can open another instance of CoH with no problem.
Short answer: Close NCSoft Launcher, reopen, launch a second instance of CoH. -
I personally am planning on an attack chain of Siphon Life->Midnight Grasp->Siphon Life-Assassin's Eclipse. Hopefully I can find enough recharge :/

My main question is. Why? We currently have between 8-12 APPs for ATs, and yet only 3-5 of them per AT are frequently used. Why do we need more unused APPs?

Compared to Triumph, my home server, there is a lot less chatter in the help channel (something I despise). Less 'dfb lf2m pst lolwtfbbq' posts from freebies who cannot use broadcast.
I will say I used to always monitor the help channel, so I could help people. But the help channel has become a LFT channel more than a help channel. -

First off. Dark Control is not happening in I22 (at least the beta doesn't have it yet) Masterminds are getting Beast Mastery soon (accidental unlocking on the beta server) and Controllers are getting Darkness Affinity (Extra Cool Dark Miasma).

Call me a pessimist... but when they say they have a) exciting plans for b) the archetype, that means it will a) be exciting and b) be for the archetype. Right now, darkness Assault (which is almost exactly the same as Blaster's darkness manipulation) is not a) exciting and b) only for the archetype. Blasters got it first. Controllers will get Dark Control. Therefor I cannot see how dark control or dark assault are what they referenced... unless they thought there are thousands of darkness fan-boi's out there.... -

The AT IO must be slotted in an attack and I believe it is a proc... needing to be used.
First thing I saw, right off the bat... slot Energize better.
In Weave and Maneuvers, that fourth slot is giving .4% defense to all and 18% acc. (I personally say put the slots somewhere else.
Why is lightning field slotted that way?
I suggest the Fury of the Gladiator proc be put in Lightning Field.
Why don't you use the Gladiator +3% to all def proc -
I suggest going positional, not typed defense. Def sweep gives Smashing and Melee Defense. I cannot think of too many smashing attacks :/ there are some (bone smasher.... blah blah other attacks tied with Energy). Imo, it seems better to go positional
Titan Sweep and Crushing Blow are skippable. Build Momentum can be (IMHO) but many people say it is not skippable. Power Surge is skippable, unless you take Burnout. 6 Minutes of capped resistances is pretty helpful.
