Will There be APPs of the Premium Sets?

This almost seems too obvious but no, there have not been any hints of anything like that. If anything it seems particularly unlikely because then they'd have to worry about people who bought the sets themselves versus those who unlocked the APP version when considering the status of costume pieces. What about them seems inherently great for APPs, though? overcharge is not making it into an APP, I can tell you that right now, and I am not aware of any APPs that comprehensively focus on debuffs as one based on time manipulation would have to.
...You do realize the devs only added APPs like 2 times, ever, right? Elec Mastery for Blasters, and Fire for Scrappers.
I'm still waiting on an Elec Mastery for Controllers.

A Time Mastery pool would be cool, but I doubt we'll ever see one, for the same reason we don't have Gravity Mastery, Broadsword Mastery, Assault Rifle Mastery, Kinetics Mastery, Storm Mastery, Pain Mastery, etc. When we don't even have all of the "common" epic pool themes for every AT (fire, ice, dark, energy, psychic, etc), I really doubt we'll get narrowly themed ones like Beam or Time.
But if APPs are ever substantially expanded, Time might be cool.

Sure. But they've only been in the business of selling powersets for three months.

Controller/Dominator:
- Charged Shot (Controller)
- Piercing Beam (Dominator)
- Cutting Beam
- Targeting Drone
- Kinetic Shield
- Energize
In most cases you couldn't create a full set of powers, but could borrow from other sets to fill out the existing set (almost all of the APPs gather from multiple sets anyway). Sometimes they might choose to create knock-off powers for the APP only during the main set's creation, though.
Part of the reason I ask is because I want this, but mostly it has to do with how willing I will be to pay for sets I don't really ever want to play on the AT they're designed for.
My main question is. Why? We currently have between 8-12 APPs for ATs, and yet only 3-5 of them per AT are frequently used. Why do we need more unused APPs?
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
Uhh, you guys are wasting too much time debating about weather or not we'll get APPs of certain sets, and not enough time thinking up APPs for the ATs.
The devs will do what they want. If they want to make more pools, they will. If they don't, they won't. Best to try and convince them to want to.

Powers team is on record that they would love to fill out Pools, like fire or electricity for all ATs. Problem is time. They're certainly not going to hold up a new major powerset or filling out the attacks of new foes for new issues to work on Pools. Priorities.

APPs should be expanded. Period.
We need more options and also power customization for it.

Also, I'd like to be able to use something like the Psy Mastery APP for my Psy/MM blaster.
Was thinking to myself Time Manipulation or Beam Rifle would make a sweet APP for some ATs. While I'm only somewhat likely to roll up a specific character with these sets, if it were available in APPs I might be much more likely. Have there been any hints of the APPs expanding to include premium powers?
