Quote:Reaffirming from a brand new toon takes:thing is, that isn't fixed, all you have to do to do that now is get a bunch of toons toons to 20, re-affirm alignment then farm the SSA's to your hearts content.
1. Getting to 20.
2. 4 days of 5 Tips per day with a Hero Morality ever other day (yes, you have to run through it twice to be eligible for A-Merits). This gets you 1 A-Merit.
3. Run the SSA twice for 2 Merits.
4. Discard toon and start again.
That's 3 A-Merits over 4 days and about 4 hours work. Not to mention having to deal with a toon with no SOs for all those missions. All that for the extra 2 Merits. It's easier to just run your 50s through the Tip missions and get an Alignment Merit once every 7 days from the SSA.
So, it's an appropriate brake. -

Just got all 3 badges my first run thru on Live.
We had less than a minute to spare, too.
If you're *really* after the badge then being on a team of other badge hounds and everyone agreeing to throwing out Shivans and HVASs helps *a lot*. DPS is the name of the game.
Also, if they're using the zone-spawning rules, you don't want to be running too fast and too much. Players moving at a certain speed don't trigger spawns. Standing still causes zombies to spawn right next to you. Same with flying: spawns don't spawn once you hit a certain height.
And you don't want to be fighting the Abomination at the same time as killing zombies. You'll be wasting Damage on the AV regeneration. Once you hit 99 zombies, then go all out on the Abomination. Lots of -Regen is useful here, so make sure you have Envenomed Daggers. -
-
I noticed no zombie spawns until the Abomination moved out away from his spawn point.
So:
1. Move Abomination over graves.
2. run around over graves.
3. ignore Abomination and kill zombies as fast as possible to spawn new ones. -

Just make sure some of you have Team Teleport or else you'll get stuck places. Back when CoV was young and MMs were all the rage we had a team with 4 MMs in an Oranbega map. I used Team Teleport to move us down the hall. With the pets set on aggressive, we were like a Gelatinous Cube, a short TP-hopping wall of death.

It's as if everyone, with regard to Alignment Merits, has been factory reset to default status before the Alignment System was put in place.
-
Quote:Maybe not...No. It just means you have to be a Hero or Villain already and then do ONE Hero or Villain Morality Mission.
If you've already been doing them and have earned Alignment Merits or the first time Reward Merit bonus, then you should be good to go.
On Zombie Man, who has the Hero Alignment Power, I just did a Hero Morality mission... and got 50 Merits. I'll be able to see if in two days, if I reaffirm Hero if I'll get the A-Merit. -
Here are the most recently added and expected Power Sets, the Melee ones highlighted in red:
Demon Summoning
Dual Pistols
Electric Control
Kinetic Melee
Beam Rifle
Time Manipulation
Street Justice
Titan Weapons
Staff Weapons
That's four to five in new Sets.
Now, Melee already has the most number of unique sets, but then again, it is shared by four different ATs. It represents 34% of all Sets.
Going forward, Melee is going to see a lot more love in Proliferation than other sets mainly because each of the ATs using Melee has had severe restrictions in accessing all the Melee sets, with each AT still having 4-7 Melee Sets held out of reach. The other types of Power Sets have either been fully proliferated (like Range) or only have 1-3 more Sets to proliferate.
Creating new Summoning, Assault, or Manipulation Sets is problematic since only one AT uses each of those types of Sets -- not too mention how labor intensive Summoning is. You also get more bang for the buck with new Melee, Ranged, or Buff Sets. -
If one does not have Self Destruction, it's quite easy to drop all shields and rush into a +4 spawn and die. Dez is an EB MM and one spawn won't kill her.
It does make more sense for a Defender to pick her up who can help keep her alive and still be active at range. -
Quote:Get a Windows Live email account (hotmail) and get 25 GB free storage for any file type with their "skydrive" service.Photobucket but lol it doesn't like the .ICO files, says invalid file type and won't let me upload them, I guess it only wants photo/video files. I even tried changing their EXT to .bmp .jpg etc and it won't let me. I'll figure something out.
Thanks for the info on Photobucket -
Unfortunately, the only player-colorable channels are the player-created global channels.
-
So, does that complete your set of Universal Monsters?
-
The in-game info says 2-4 players, but Test was bugged that it only allowed exactly 4 to start it.

Quote:Really? Let's look at an impolite ad hominem attack you make in that very same post....I have been nothing but ultra-polite to every poster here.
Despite all the ad hominem attacks...
Quote:Seeing all you get worked up over something I really could care less about has been quite entertaining. I argued the point because the ultimate justification for your arguments is laziness. A desire to make already extremely easy tasks easier.
No, really. I find your behavior in this thread to be despicable. -

Quote:Not from my point of view. The biggest reason the new heads and faces look so bad (in addition to the drag queenish quality of the female ones) is because the rest of the body and %95 of hairstyles are still in the old mapping and they never blend in.
If I look just at the face and nothing else, which I do in the pics posted above, then there is no 'blending issues'. By itself, it just doesn't look quite right. Too waxy and shiny.
Those are great faces for androids, not for humans, IMO.
Now, some of the old-style faces also look pretty odd and weird and a bit 'off', too. So, I don't think it's a problem with the tech, but with how it was enacted.
