So... how many hours of service have your characters given to Paragon City?

1) Go somewhere in game with a bunch of named NPCs walking around, Peregrine Island is good for it.

2) Find an NPC whose game starts with "M" and click it. It will tell you how many hours your character has walked the streets of Paragon City.



My main character, not counting time spent in the Beta server (which was most of the time during betas), has been online a whooping 250 24-hour days, nonstop. He's seen everything and done it all. Except the i24 beta. Dammit, I skip ONE beta and the game dies?!



My secondary character, who only was allowed to play when the team needed buffs/debuffs that Empathy just lacked, or when my main was unavailable due to being the wrong alignment. Still managed to get almost two months nonstop of play time, while staying a hero the whole time.

How long have you been on patrol?

In total? Cumulatively, I have spent over 8 months playing.

Not enough. So very much not enough.

Gee, after seeing that, I feel really low, but I have a bad case of altitis.

Yumi Eryuha, my archery/energy/Force blaster, sitting at 555 hours.
Mirria, my Thugs/Dark/soul, is at 328 hours
Meyami Kitsuna, my Claws/SR/Body scrapper, is around 217 hours.
Lady Mirriella, my Ill/Emp/Fire is at 347 hours. More than I thought.
Celesta Seusen, probably the one I will miss the most, my SS/Inv/energy, is at 312.

And that's just my 50s.

I will spend some time tomorrow checking my cumulative character hours. I have 28 50s and 15 others over 30 on my main server Liberty. I play all of my 50s still and was still lovjng the development of almost every <50 char. I expect to be in the 11,000 hr range. That's an average of 4 hrs a day over the last 7.5 yrs. Report of actual hrs to come tomorrow.

I will get my total tomorrow; I can't bear to log in tonight. But it surely numbers in the thousands of hours. I've spent more time in Paragon City than in several of the places I have actually lived.

Worked out a rough figure for the 6 years I have been playing comes out at 13140 hours a total of 547.5 days will work out a true figure over the next few days so many alts to check Well I have checked on 45 toons so far and have amassed a total so far of 6549 hours or 273 days still have 28 toons to check out yet will update with final total when done

my main is up to about 4950 hours logged in

many of my other toons range from 200-800+ hours

all in all if i were to calculate it out i say i spent about a solid year logged into coh as one various toon or another (if it was all added up)

My main and namesake checks in at 6607 hours - 275 days and change.

The next closest, for comparison, was my "villain main" until I got bored redside and brought her over to the hero side of things. She breaks the charts at a whopping 661 hours. There are a couple others in the 400-hour range, and everything else doesn't come close to that.

I have 48 characters on Virtue on two different accounts, and also six other accounts. So you can understand if I say that I haven't spent 5,000 hours on one character.



Mouse Police was my main character on my main account for several years after I came back to the game, and my only serious badger. So she's still tops in hours.



Sparks Fly is one of my favorite charactes and the one I PL my other toons with most often.



I've played Tiffany Blackheart a lot too. I *think* she's #3 on the list.

1800 on my 1st 50... cant check the others as they are locked out due to lack of VIPness....

I'll give screenies if y'all don't believe, but seriously, at this point, why would I lie?

My two original 50s have 1010 and 1108 hours respectively. The other 10 50s have between 89 and 319 hours, and adding the 12 50s and 2 33 locked characters, adds up to 4483 hours. I think that's around twice that of my other long running franchise (Pokemon).

However, I have made 727 characters in this game. Maybe some of you served longer, but I brought an ARMY.

ive spent more time on here than most other games combined, the only other games that ive been able to actually play more than 40 hours are the super smash bros games (melee at about 3000 hours and brawl at about 1000 hours)

Okay, I have to say that I am STUNNED by this. Seriously. I mean, my first 50 only has 990 hours and I often used him as an Influence generator.



This guy I thought I had played a lot, but apparently not. He roared up to 50 and was my go-to for big Virtue events.

5555 on my main... I've not checked anyone else.

Okay, now I'm wondering if these are accurate. I can't possibly have played her this long, could I?

I added up all of my current 54 characters (46 on Liberty! Go Liberty!) and had a total of 9028 hours. I have deleted numerous level 30+ chars over the years, so I'll give myself another 1000 hrs for abandoned chars. Lets call it a solid 10K hours. That's about 400 solid days of super-heroic fun. Thank you Paragon City, for being a place where I felt like a hero.

So looks like my main has been on the equivalent of over 4.5 solid months, averaging 1.8 hours per login. Not bad for 7.5 years of activity on Dynexus, with plenty of time for many alts before and after.

And the best compliment I can give City Of Heroes: I would gladly do it all again.

It seems like they give two different numbers...

I ended up with one character having 10775.. which is no way that character has been logged in that long. So I'm guessing that is my total time played across all my characters.
