Hahaha! Yes, it truly is! My wife and I love to throw that movie on from time to time. Always has an old school tabletop D&D vibe about it for me. There's more to it that makes it glorious, but that aspect always makes us enjoy it all the more.


Can we all get together and have some movie nights or something...

I was just in northern California during August and only managed to make it down to San Fran. I'd decided I would definitely be heading back to San Fran and continue my trek southward and I was going to 1) arrange it around a CoH meet and greet or 2) just show up at Paragon Studios.
There are worse reasons to be upset about things right now, but that's bothering me!!

Uh... anyway... back to the laughs...

Thanks to all of you for the alternate dimension that kept us all sane for the past 8 1/2 years. And if a last-minute miracle save doesn't happen, please do tell us where you wind up so we can follow along! I hope at least some or most of you can stay together. The world will be a better place for it.

As a huge lover of scrappers, finding out that bASS became one of the Devs (you guys are all devs to us) made me smile. I have been sad since I heard about the game closing today, it was good to smile though.

Wow, bAss became a dev. Great job, man, I'm glad you were able to live our dream for awhile. Hope you all find new jobs ASAP. As bad as I feel about losing my second home, I feel worse for you all that are now out of work.

Two and a half weeks working on that massive spreadsheet. Loved every minute of it. This was it! No Patron-symbol Patron Armors, no FX Hasten, alternate Tough animation without sound effects, the whole nine yards. Credit where it's due, you and Honey Badger fixed all of those bugs in rapid order!

For the record, it killed me on the inside everytime a new costume set was released or even put onto Beta and I didn't make a thread about it. Showing new goodies to those that didn't have an inclination of hopping onto the Beta server was one of my favorite things to do. That, and help with Scrapper builds on the Scrapper forums.

For what it's worth, bAss, your costume threads were amazing. You consistently put out top-notch designs showcasing not only the new costume options, but creative ways to fuse them into existing costumes.

Your Dual Pistols user is like 4 out of 5 of my favorite costumes I've ever seen anybody make in this game, ever.

I lucked into a single celebrated costume design with a dude I debuted as Year of the Monkey for the Chinese New Year costume contest. You outdid him with every screenshot you posted. My hat is off to you.
