Welcome to the forums. It sounds reasonable but unfortunately people love to annoy others by clogging up doorways and zone entrances etc. The devs had a lot of trouble with this when they gave us Orobourus portals.
It's also something that I wouldn't spend money on, when I want to see a new power I just head to Mercy or Atlas and harras the low level foes there.
I can summon dummies all the time, the command is:

If you don't pay a subscription fee, then everything in the game except what's on the market is already free.

Might be abuseable. It is a convenience item, but it would only provide a very rare service. IMO it should be easier just to tell people to go to RWZ to see a "demonstration" or fight a random on the street than it would be to make a dummy power.

The main reason I unsubscribed was because this game became a money sink because not only was I paying for a subscription, but pretty much everything new I had to buy too.

Another MMO has a "training room", and I think I'd rather see something like that. A super-hero gym you have to go to, rather than something you can summon any place, any time.

Titan Weapons
Water Blast
Staff Fighting
And not paid one cent - used my FREE Pargaon Points that come with my monthly sub. As of today I still have over 800 points just sitting; and no future power sets interest me (Nature (meh), Bio Armor (meh), and Psi Melee (meh)).

What id soo rather see is more temporary mission teleporters...... The 5 ones you get as a vet isnt enough! I'd pay to have that for like shadow shard stuff The tunnel system was a good addition though

But again they could change instead of a server transfer they could put an option for that along with rename, global name rename, character slot, a transfer, respec.

I'd buy a target dummy. Especially if you could see it's power stats to see how strong your buff/debuffs are. I do't know if I'd use it to show off powers, but I'd definitely use it to test builds somewhere closer to a crafting table. I don't think I'd spend more than 5 bucks on it, though.

Here is a useless power I would love to have: a pole or a dummy or a floating bot or something that I could pull up on command, then target and use my powers on. This way I could demonstrate an ability to someone unfamiliar with it or test out a new one myself without running right into battle or us both going to the training room in vanguard.
Obviously you might have to limit it to only be able to appear when there are no enemies about so players can't abuse it by using it to affect enemies. That problem aside, I can see no problem with it and would love to get it.
