I did what I should have done in the first place instead of asking a question.
I looked up Enhancement Converter Salvage at ParagonWiki.
Yes, Enhancement Converters can be used on SBE's.
It makes the LoTG set more appealing now.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I've never run into problems of Vault storage, as I use it only to store rares. But, I'm frequently running up against my auction house storage limit, so this sale is nice. I've bought one expansion so far, but can see myself buying more before the end of the week. I don't mind burning points on these types of global unlocks.
I'm glad to see my decision to wait for storage sales is paying off. A couple weeks ago I upped my enhancement inventory. This week, the auction inventory. Thanks devs, these types of sales make me a happy consumer in the Paragon Market. 
Q. Just wondering Posi, where are the new dance emotes we were told would come with GR?

The global AH Slot unlocks makes using the AH with low level toons, or toons that don't have Field Crafter bearable.

I was getting excited when I saw some of the storage increases on sale for 50%; then I didn't see any enhancement storage increases for 50%; then I

i know there are a couple dozen creative and experienced [with programming and what not] players who'd be willing to even volunteer to help pump things out faster, even if it was to be added to the market and not for free.XD

I won't be buying any more purple SBE's for this reason. I had to learn the hard way I guess.

question: did anyone every conclusively figure out which is better on the performance shifter proc in stamina- store bought PPM or in game %chance every ten seconds?
I know some dev said eventually they want to alter everything to be PPM, but I live in the NAO so I would like to know which is better. Last I looked in the store the descriptions dont tell you the PPM rate on the SBE, so I dont even know what the rate is on them.

Charging a fee for using the /vault command (formerly a Veteran Reward, now part of the Paragon Rewards shrub) would be one way to get people to use those highly social locations in the game.
