Vending Machines in missions

I think the vending machines in the office missions should dispense inspirations. And just like real vending machines, the inspirations should be double the cost and at times, either expired, they don't work at all, or at 50% because the are "stale". Or we get two of them.

Wouldn't that be fun?

That's funny and rather clever, but not at additional cost....

It be like the $1.25 candy bar I can get at 7-11 for 75 cents.

Cute... but I doubt it's feasible.

Now, what I'd like to see is a portable store-bot, something we can purchase through the Cash Shop. Something that we can put on a character, so they can set up a temporary store, even inside a mission.

This store should buy enhancements, recipies, and salvage (although at reduced prices from 'real' stores) and sell Inspirations (possibly excepting Awakens) and Level Appropriate Enhancements to the caster.

This way we can dump excess crap, and restock Inspirations or replace enhancements we've outleveled, without breaking the flow of the mission too much.

And, just for the heck of it, it could even look like a vending machine... ^_~

Yeah, you look into the machine, a blue cost $1.75, you insert your inf and then get a message "Please insert valid currency."

Just as long as you don't have to smack the machine on the side or tilt it forward to get your Insp.

Otherwise, great idea!

No way, they should add that in as a function so that we can smack the crap out of it Red side and get the insp AND the inf. :-p

Hey now, Vigilantes should get that option too.

Or, if you find a copy machine, you put an inspiration in and get two of them to come out.

While I have been rage inspired by vending machines in the past, I don't find them being a source of inspiration all too immersing. I'd be fine if they could only sell red inspirations though.

I wish they were "real" virtual vending machines; sometimes my toon needs a Snickers in between fighting Cot.

I actually thought of this before and like the idea but I also think those vendors you see on the street occasionally behind food carts should be the same as well as selling random temp powers (no recipes) which can't be re-purchased until consumed/used.
