Some 700 people just got disconnected. I was one of them, and I'm in the process of running a Mothership raid in RWZ!
They've had the Queue for a few years; but Virtue hasn't been 'popular' enough to enact it very often; so it is rather uncommon to see it. The fact that it suddenly has nearly 700 when usually it's at 0, is kind of disturbing.
Oh, and every time I get through the Queue it says:
Character Haile Korhal is still logging out. Please wait a second, then try again..
And every time I try with a different character it says "Could not find map!"
So the servers are having issues.

The queue, I thought, was put in with "COH: Freedom" or shortly before.
And this issue isn't just Virtue. It looks like several, if not all servers are down.
I was in the middle of a MoUGT when I lost connection, and when I finally got out of Q the toons I was trying to get back on with was "still logging off", really? And when I log on my other toons I get "No Map Found" message, oh come on.

Same here. My apologies to the other members of the mothership raid.
Forums are loading slow as hell too.

Oh wow, exactly what you just said happened to me! Now I am back in the Q WTH lol ... I suppose the server is definitely crashing or something bad is happening!
PS: Yes forums are REALLY slow! I was wondering if it was my connection, but I suppose not now.

It appears that it is not just Virtue I tried loggin into my other toons across servers and all their maps read "unknown" even the ones that display the last area I logged them out at I still get the "Cannot find map" message.
Appears all servers read down or unknown too.
It looks like the log-in servers are working, but the map servers are down. I've made it through the queue a few times now, but if I try to enter Virtue it says "Can't find map" and sends me to the log-in page. As near as I can tell this has hit all the servers, but hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I have no problem getting past the Q, but after that it lists all my characters zone locations as "Unknown" and when I try to log them in it jumps me back to the PW/Log in screen saying the map cannot be found.
Damn Rikti hackers...
If you PL'd to 50 just to get an "epic" thinking you'd be �ber, you're going to be sorely disappointed with the HEATs, because the VEATs were designed so that anyone with one good finger and a braincell can rock the toggles.
I just noticed Freedom is actually down, so they ARE having server problems no doubt!

I was "thisclose" to defeating Mot when it happened. Same thing, all characters, all servers, unknown map.

The raid would have ended in 9 minutes anyway; I am going to try again in 4 minutes but I have little hope. When I did get into the screen I saw Freedom was down outright; I had the same problems on all servers or all characters. Must be some massive outage and something'll get corrected soon. Until then; It's all his fault! *points*

I tried replying to the thread with the quick reply and had problems to. This is madness, at first I thought the server kicked me of all people considering i'm a VIP, i should have priority access. But no, put in queue. Seems all servers are down. It was yellow when I was playing and then I got "Server disconnected" I think. This is stupid and rediculous. I waited the queue, selected a character and was booted off instantly. Now i'm in queue again to see if i'm somehow able to get back on.
Edit: Just got through queue and the same thing happened.
I was one freakin' click away from finishing the very last mission of the Dark Astoria solo arc. I was RIGHT THERE!! I clicked on her... and again.... and again.... MAPSERVER! "UUUUUUUUAAARRRRRGH!" I guess I'll be doing that mission again tomorrow.
Interesting. So it's not just me who's been running into the "queue," "unknown," and "cannot find map" messages.
As frustrating as this is, it's somewhat relieving to know this isn't just an isolated case on my part...in other words, meaning that the devs are likely aware of this and looking into it. Maybe the power outage that Zwilinger mentioned in a recent announcement has started affecting the other servers, too.
Hold tight, guys...I'm sure they won't leave us in the lurch.
