Seems to be across all servers, although I haven't tested this. Pinnacle is being reported as down so naturally I can't get on there. I was able to get a char list on Defiant, but trying to log into a character got me this message: "No launchers are running, new maps cannot be started!" then kicked back out to the login page.

I can access the servers, but all my characters show on Map: Unknown. On all but one character, I get: Cannot Find Map. On the character I was on when I crashed, I get: [Character Name] is not yet logged out. Please try again in a few minutes.
I find your lack of signature disturbing.
On Virtue I get "Cannot find map!", to which I want to respond, "Have you tried using both hands and a flashlight?"
Hope it's up again soon, as I spent real money to buy attuned IOs and the sale is over in a few hours.

Same as the above posts with the 'cant find map' issue. The toons on the character list are all listed as map:Unknown. Also on the character list for the server. Several characters that are rogues are now listed as villains.
Yup, everything's down. I even got put into a queue (something like "200 of 659") when I tried to log back onto Virtue, and I've never seen that before.
Even the message forum took a long time to load just now.
Update: I can log in and select Virtue, then get the "queued" message. Eventually I get my character-select screen, but no matter who I choose, I get "Cannot find map" and get booted back to the login screen. Sigh...

If it helps, I can get to character select on virtue, after quing, but when i try to log onto a character, i get the "Cannot find Map" message after being booted back to login.
It happening on Every server. I can get to the character screen, but it lists the zone as "Unknown", and trying to log in pops up "Cannot find Map!". It goes back tot he login screen from there.
Something's bad has happened to the all the servers.

Ah, this explains a lot. I'd just installed a new network printer and was worried it had borked my firewall settings.
Somewhat good to know that it's just the servers being unavailable and not an issue on my end... but at the same time, I gots faces in need of punching!

Zwill's got an Announcement up: "Unplanned Downtime". Posted 7 minutes ago. Took 'em a while to decide to tell us they'd noticed, but then it IS after hours.
Even against certain death, it matters not how or if we fight, only that we do.
Most amusing complement I've ever been paid on an outfit, from @Ukase regarding my Blue Eyed She-Devil Anson Maddocs "Fallen Angel" homage:

I believe that that is an unwritten rule for MMOs: All maintenance and downtimes must occur on people's day off.
I had finally finished cleaning and had just set down to play some CoH and whoops, there go the servers. You'd think that the devs are trying to tell me that I hadn't finished cleaning yet.
I'm not going back to cleaning!

I got the same as everyone else. Suddenly I was disconnected and then I try waiting the queue through and twice I get no map found. With any luck they'll get this resolved in under an hour..i hope.
Server was Virtue BTW.
Looks like some issues with a server? Mapserved mid-mission and could access all servers but Liberty and Victory. After a bit I could access them but all my TW, SW and Beam characters were locked out.
Worse yet, the character I had been playing before had JUST GOTTEN an enhancement catalyst drop in DA before being disconnected, and upon logging back in had been reset to before even starting the mission (including drops, of course)
Boo, I say. Boo.
Oh, well, looks like our (mine and the wife) gaming time tonight is over. What's that great big flat monitor over there in the entertainment center? Maybe I'll see what happens when I turn it on...
