Also, it would be great to have Iconic names and costumes. Names like "Verona of Camelot" will not fly, sorry. Costumes that look like something I can buy will not fly.

I mean think about. The President would not hire a hero who looks like he just walked out the liquor store. [Unless they're Chuck Norris, anyway] Keep that in mind.

Okay, you may want to stay in the couples category because you will have a better chance there. I have a few people who want to RP as the redeem villain, unless your toon within the couple is a redeemed villain.

Edit: I don't want this to seem like a competition or race of some sort. Remember your toon can cover several classifications. However, their main class would be what they are mainly based on. A superhero alien from outer space with wings could be either, but unless your world is full of winged creatures and you have a humanoid appearance [Like Hawkman and Hawkgirl] you will be considered the alien class.

That'll be fine. It would be cool to have a rank in the SG called "Notable Member" or "Honorary Member."

Okay, I've talking with a few of you and need to talk with a couple more.

Ok, I only have two rules for these heroes.

1. These heroes have to be HEROIC. No baby killers, or emos. The only characters I should see who have a problem with living completely heroic is possibly the vigilante and the Redeemed villain.

2. Don't waste my time or the teams time. If you hardly ever play or you all of sudden decide to not play your toon anymore, you WILL be replaced. Just being real. This will be voted through the 8, I will not do anything by myself. [Unless completely necessary] This is a TEAM, we will make decisions on who gets cut, but it has to be for a legit reason.

The second rule will become more lenient when the SG comes along, however. Any questions or suggestions are welcomed.

*You purchase a newspaper and begin to read the cover story. It has a picture of the villain Mad Hack and the President staring him down.*

Raymond Allen a.k.a 'Mad Hack' who is responsible for being seconds away from putting the United States in an unrecoverable economic downfall has escaped from prison and has threatened to be the first man to single-handedly take over the United States.

The President has called a federal State of Emergency until the fugitive is captured. There are rumors the President has hand-picked 8 heroes to get the job done swiftly. Who are these heroes and can they get the job done before it's too late?

[This will be the main reason why these heroes will be brought together. The President will frequently call this team for top duties that either need to be stopped secretly or in the open. The 8 heroes will then receive a letter from the President through mail or get a personal visit if your hero doesn't use mailboxes for some reason.]

[Ok, yes I am God-modding Obama, he doesn't care lol. If we decide to create a supergroup then the President would eventually lose a little power over the team. As not every hero trusts the government. Also, not every mission will end in brutal battles, if we can help it. We can try to fix some missions to end in diplomacy. I also wanted to add, the niches are not restricted. If your hero seems iconic and he is a winged alien who turns out to be comical, then he is welcomed.]

Any level is welcomed. I would love these heroes to be the core members of the SG, but I wouldn't want future members to feel left out. However, this could all be discussed between the 'elite 8' ICly.

I also don't want this to feel like a complete hierarchy. So, everyone will have an input on what goes on. I don't want to feel like the only one running things, that gets boring ya know?

Actually, thanks for bringing this up. It would be great to have a super villain or two to terrorize the group .

Will eventually make a comic book out of these heroes with permission and perhaps a supergroup if things go well. If this happens, I will publish the AE explaining why they all decided to create a group [Already have the AE set in stone].
