So Valkyrie likes married men?

I just noticed one of the Valentine tip missions is from Valkyrie to Rick Davies. The only problem is that Rick is married to Caitlin Murray-Davies. Someone's being naughty

I mentioned that on beta... but hey, unrequited love is a well-known theme in this game.

By the way, now that we've done the classic comicbook move of killing a major character, we now need the classic comicbook move of having a character come out

There's enough weirdness in the valentines tips, this one isn't even the strangest! (Sally/Lusca!)

There's enough of that on Virtue to cover Paragon Studios a thousand times over.

That should totally be Citadel, with the double reveal that he's not gay... But is A LESBIAN ROBOT. That's right, citadel is actually a female robot too!

That valentine was actually meant for Paladin. Valkyrie sometimes gets him confused with Rick Davies. Common mistake, really.

Hey, there's a reason divorce is so expensive.

It's worth it...

I noticed this particular valentine earlier, but unfortunately couldn't see what Rick Davies' reaction to it was since I was a villain and thus couldn't reach him. I'm curious to see what exactly his reaction to it would be.

In a similar vein, I just got a valentine from Chance McKnight to Belladona Vetrano (Both Praetorians). Giving the valentine to Praetor Sinclair suggests that the letter is genuine and not a ruse to lure Belladona out. The thing is that Chance claims to be married, offering to introduce you to his wife near the end of his arc and even invites you to dinner with the two of them when he sees you off when you go to Paragon City through the Loyalist portal. I'm not sure if this is an oversight or if Chance actually prefers Belladona over his wife but for now, it just seems odd.

Shouldn't that have been from Ghost Widow?

I wouldn't call that classic at all.

In fact, I'd call it something rather recent and still not that prevalent.

Only if he's also a vampire space pirate ninja monkey. That way Paragon city will have a space pirate ninja robot monkey lesbian vampire.

The truth is... BELLADONNA IS HIS WIFE. What a twist!

To be fair, Chance makes a big deal about how deep under cover he really is, and he shows up to give his congratulations when a Loyalist decides to go hero (even though we all know all Loyalists are villains and only hospital-torching Resistance are heroes). Hmm, I wonder...

I was actually wondering if there were any homosexual love notes in the event. Haven't seen any so far.

And as for the original topic, Efficiency Expert Pither has a valentine to a lady, even though he has a wife and kids. I guess he'll just be very efficient with his affair.

I swear, the next time I fly through Steel Canyon, I'm gonna smack Positron in the face. He won't fight stuff coz we all con grey to him...

... but he's too much of a wuss to admit he's in love until AFTER the object of his affection says something?

/facepalm

Sometimes I wonder what exactly Sorina sees in him.
