The trick is getting them into the light bulb.

Well, being serious, Q1 is the number of days between each issue and the next issue or sub-issue (issue x.5). Can't be bothered to figure out the next one in the sequence: how many days were there between Sept 13th or 27th and Dec 6th? 84 or 70, I think.
IIRC, the half-mile point occurs at 851 yards, which makes it 1702 yds to the mile, thus 5106 feet to a mile.
Other than the "9 powers" thing, I think they're unique to Doms.

In the game, base speed is measured in feet per second with a whole number with no decimal points (namely, exactly 21 fps). So, the foot is the basic measure in the game. So why are people so keen to guess or assume that 3 feet is not a yard and 5,280 feet is not a mile?
The terrain is not scaled 1:1 to character height which makes our movement outdoors seem faster than it should be in real life. But my guess is that the stats given in-game as applied to the terrain use the normal foot/yard/mile conversions.
