Discussion: Signature Story Arc ViDoc #2: The Heroes of the Freedom Phalanx
Interesting...
Overall it's a nice little summary. I especially liked that old-school image of Manticore and what I assume is a proto-BAB.
I'm confused though. Didn't Posi go on record not too long ago, stating that BAB is /not/ a member of the Phalanx? Yet here he is again.
And they forgot Synapse! WTH?!

Yeah. I seem to recall Positron posting somewhere that BAB wasn't a member of the FP.
Now where did I see that.
Oh yeah, over on Twitter.
@Positron_CoH: I was reading Paragon Wiki... Where in CoH do we give the impression that Back Alley Brawler is a member of the Freedom Phalanx? (he's not) |
And if he isn't, why is he brought up in the ViDoc called The Heroes of the Freedom Phalanx?
And why isn't Synapse mentioned at all in that discussion? Did he and BAB suddenly swap places as to who is a member of the FP?
Or is that a hint of something else? Are you saying Synapse isn't a hero? Or isn't in the Freedom Phalanx?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Because knowing is half the battle.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
It's quite possible that BAB will be recruited into the Phalanx in Part 5, 6 ot 7.

I just wanted some insights into why the female heroines are dressed in outfits that I don't think many women would choose to fight in.

Bah, you make it too easy on them.
I can't post to Twitter at work, just read, so I couldn't ask questions.
Not sure if I'd have wanted to ask there anyway.

Psyche's Epic pool choice is the exclusive 'Bust Distraction', a form of control set. You figure it out.
Maybe when Statesman kicks off, the Phalanx is gonna recruit BABs as his replacement?
