love this game as I said in another thread but the "little things" since COH Freedom need to be addressed already.
As an aside, did they ever fix the copy tool?

I have been an MMO subscriber of one sort or another since November 1997. You guys think these are big problems? These aren't big problems.

What they are, are lots and lots and lots of little problems that just go on and on and on and never ever get sorted out. Those are much harder to deal with as they build frustration over a LONG period of time until something finally has to give.

What I meant was, I have dug my heels into a dozen MMOs over the past fifteen years, and so I know by experience that people have it really good here.
But this is an MMO. So things are always breaking or broken. That is what MMOs are like. Big, exciting, frustrating works in progress. Your frustration can become like a magnifying glass, and you won't be able to see all the things that make it worth the while.
So don't get frustrated. I know how that sounds. But I used to do that, so I know. In the MMO space, it's a really bad idea to let yourself go there. You'll never be satisfiable. Only certifiable. 
You might want to take a walk away for a few weeks or months, it can be healthy to do that with hobbies in any case. But that's different. That has to do with you, not the hobby necessarily.

All I said was that I'd rather CS reps put trolls on ignore than try to waste time justifying themselves to them. I never said anything about who was and was not a troll.

I'm going to go out and a limb and say that the maintenance was postponed again...
Honestly, it makes little difference to me, I do not seem to be experiencing disruptive problems with the forums at the moment. But c'mon, 3 weeks in a row we've been notified about maintenance that hasn't happened? And I realize it is probably not folks at Paragon Studios to blame. So whoever IS to blame, make sure they get a swift kick in the hind parts for making you guys look bad.

To be honest, I was kinda wondering why they would schedule a forum maintenance at the same time as a live publish anyway.
