You mean the ones that stood in the air and clipped everything around them? Or sunk half way into the ground when defeated? Or were so large all you saw were boots when you were in melee range? Those ones??? NO THANKS!!!! Horrible idea! I hope we never see them again.

I couldn't agree more with this idea if my name was Agree O'Agree, from Agreeshire in Agreesland. In other words, oh hell's yeah! Loved them beasties!

this has got to be one of the greatest suggestions ever made. Those giant Nightmares were flipping AWESOME! Not only should the devs bring the giant beasties back they should look into expanding the variety of opponents that spawn as giant beasties.

Imagine the look on some hero/villains face when he realizes he spawned an ambush of giant clockwork oscillators that follow the brown trail he leaves behind as he runs away in sheer panic screaming, "PAN . . . CAKE . . . MEEEE!!!!" and the giant oscillators bellow, "Whose your Daddy now?"

WE NEED MORE GIANT BEASTIES!!!

Only bring them back if they get a footstomp that one-shots everything within an 80' radius.

Not unless you put in a giant collision box to decrease the giant amount of clipping that occurred, or getting one's camera stuck inside on of them. Oh, and make them hit like GMs.

I'd like to see them being bigger. Maybe not as big as they were (although that sounded epic) but something that makes peeps go 'Holy pancake!'

A bug was causing this to happen this year.

I didn't notice any more lag than usual for a zone event on my system, but everyone has different systems.

The looked silly. The textures werent seemingly upgraded, so everything looked crappy. And without an explanation as to WHY they were suddenly 80 ft tall? Not to mention how hard it was to actually see what was going on. Oh, and hard to actually use melee attacks, as their 'to hit' area seems to be in mid air. Also, when they died, most of the time they would drift into the ground, or just float off..not very good.

The clue is in the name: Nightmares. They can be as big or as small as they want and when defeated, nothing more natural than a figment of your (bad) dreams to float away or sink into the ground.

Imagination: a wonderful ability.

If the Dev make the next ones "intentional" then they, in theory, wouldn't be bugged. Because, when a bug in the system spawns, it spawns with it's own problems.
