Now that I could see it doing since it only shoots at 350fps. If you could make it shoot things with higher fps then you could use it as home security. As something that could keep most wild animals away this would be awesome.

I like it, but why does the gun actually look like it has a hand grip? Shouldn't it look more robo-gun like? But it is coolin!

Looks like someone just adapted a regular paintball gun for this thing. Although the article says it can use plastic or brass pellets so it sounds a little more like a specialized automatic BB gun. Either way as long as the "robot" part of this thing works well it wouldn't take much to replace the "toy" gun with a much more deadly one.

Somewhere the first Skynet prototypes must be snickering at our suicidal stupidity.
